Rooms were big and clean. Location was good for our purposes. Car parking space was good, no problem to find a spot for our car. We requested late check-out in the morning and were allowed. Swimming pool was clean.

Swimming pool was not available for three first days due to some maintenance. We were requesting rooms next to each other but this did not happen.

This was a quick trip with my 2 sisters. Everything was so nice. The breakfast was amazing. Everything was so clean. The staff was personable and helpful. They were so easy to talk to. Everyone always greeted us with a smile. We absoultely loved the size of our room and the lighting for the mirror was a nice bonus. It was perfect for pictures and putting make up on. The hot water never ran out in the shower. I cant wait to bring my family.

We got stuck in the elevator twice but the staff was quick to assist us and handle it. They informed us that they were just waiting on someone to come fix it. Luckily we weren't stuck long. Id say no more than a minute. Also the air in room kept cutting off it wouldnt go below 73°. But overall it was excellent.

No microwave in room

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well. I had a room next to the elevator and door to the outside so it was a bit loud but I did have a last-minute booking so I can't complain. The neighborhood was safe. Great places to eat nearby. I was happy with my stay.

My only complaint was the two dudes smoking marijuana in the parking lot below my window. That was not the property's fault. The eggs are really, really bad but the coffee was really good. If you have to pay for breakfast, I'd likely skip it and go somewhere else. The burger I had in the evening was good.

I didn't have the breakfast but the location was perfect, I loved the area and surrounding area.

Had a few rug stains from people in the past spilling things like juice but other than that not much to report.

Breakfast was delicious ! There some confusion and needs to be a better communication with guest when it comes to complementary and at cost breakfast…. Because of the misunderstanding, some people were told to return their food back to the breakfast area. Lastly, there was a homeless guy that wandered into the lobby, the staff were familiar with him and they gave him food and juice and sent him back out the door. They truly show kindness to him however, others will not feel that way.

Parking lot was very small, and this particular night there were 3 RV parked in the lot which took up car parking spaces ,and Parking lot is not well lit We also found bugs in the bathroom call front desk and they said that exterminators come once a week however, they can’t get all the bugs.

The property is nice, it’s clean and the rooms are spacious! Customer service was excellent! The staff was very pleasant from the front desk associate to the breakfast attendant. I ended up leaving my wallet in the hotel room on Christmas morning before heading back to Fl. I contacted the hotel on the 26th and spoke with the general manager Jeffrey W. He was able to locate the wallet, had someone to be present with him as he took pictures & sent me my wallet with everything still intact. The money or cards were never removed! I’m so thankful there’s still honest people in the world. The housekeeper could have easily kept it and never turned it in! Thank you Jeffrey for going over and beyond the call of duty! God bless you and your wonderful staff! I’ll be booking this hotel whenever I come to Atlanta!

The property is up to date for the most part; there were small things that could have been fixed, but it didn’t alter the stay. The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel was easy to locate and it was located in a good area. It could be a far distance from some other areas, but there were restaurants, gas stations, shopping areas near by. The room and bathroom had good space. House keeping came by and made up the bed and gave clean towels. The price was very reasonable for the stay. Will book again if visiting Atlanta area.

Lighting was dark in the hallways.

We liked the room, it was very spacious and the pool hours (10am-10pm), we liked the staff, who was always friendly. The room and bathroom were clean.

One employee (we think she was employed there because she wasn’t a guest, maybe she was just a friend of some employee, though because we never saw her working) smoked weed outside at the pool once and outside by the entrance another time. The smell while we were in the pool was a bit annoying.

the staff are very impatient and unfriendly. On arrival, there was demands for cash deposits which was never menioned by bookings.com This is so very bad and more so we had to extend our stay and there was too much drama about payment not being received and threatened to send us packing. management of clients is very important and that will only determine next visit to the hotel.
