Suspicious room service at 10 PM. Housekeeping entered without identifying himself and entered the room while my wife was sleeping. He terrified my wife, who screamed bloody murder and shouted for him to leave the room immediately. I was with my children in a room down the hall. I rushed down the hall when I heard her frantice voice on my phone. She was shaking and crying because a man was at her bedside while she slept. She sincerely believed her life was at stake. We informed the hotel manager and he said they were going to investigate the incident. My wife called several times and they said they were still investigating, and to this day no word or formal email. Housekeeping has no business entering an occupied room that late at night. We will not be staying here again, nor would I recommend this hotel. My wife still has nightmares about this incident. A housekeeping male said he was delivering towels we had requested. The towels had already been delivered to me personally the same day but at 4 or 5 pm. We didn't request more towels after the ones that were delivered before 10pm.

Have the management of this hotel or a corporate manager contact me about this incident..

The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere with no issues.

The outside noise was very bothersome.

Location is great and the Room was Nice. I liked the welkomes Tv with my name on it. The view was very Nice and the personel / care taker was very helpfull. Very Nice solution / enviromental friendly with bathroom cosmetics, that Can be refilled. It saves a lot Of unnecesary use Of plastic bottles.

A free bottle Of Water should be included in the Room every day. In Europe it is a normal thing in hotels with 3 or 4 stars. Some even offer a welkomes drink - a bottle of Wine. I expected a bigger swiming pool, that could bring Joy to more people;-) Deposit was also a kind Of suprice for me, Specially, if guests are on the budget or Stay a Long time it is quet heavy expence just on the begining Of ones trip.

We enjoyed the central Location to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and we had a great view. The price for the location was very good compared to the other hotels in the area.

When checking in, we got there early, they let us store our bags until room ready. However, I came back at 2pm and asked when room would be ready...no one could tell me except the front desk said it should be soon. I saw other people checking in. We were tired so waited since it wouldn't be long. 2 hours later...we finally got into our room and that was only because I went back up to the desk and asked for someone else to look if a room was ready. And at first everyone said no, but then they kept looking and found one for us.

We liked the location (right on the red line, which was very convenient), the staff was nice (although we only interacted once), and there was much to do in the neighborhood. Overall it was a good stay.

Breakfast was $20 extra, so we did not partake. Also, we were told there would be a tub in the room, and there was not. Just a shower, which is fine, but my partner and I don't have a tub and were looking forward to it. There may have been some confusion with the staff about "tub" vs. "shower." Not at all world-shattering or anything, but I did pick this hotel because it specified that we would have a tub vs. one down the street that was a little less expensive.

That we were not charged for the night when we missed our connecting flight to Chicago. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there were enough towels for all of us. It was great that there was a safe, TV with channels to watch, hair dryer, and ironing board and iron. Good room darkening curtains.

The room could use a deep cleaning. The bed frames needed cleaning. That there was no fan in the bathroom, no chair other than the desk chair, and no where to really put anything down. It was really tight with four adults "stuff" in the room and no where to put it. HVAC system was very loud. That the time on the microwave was wrong, and that the bottled water wasn't complementary

Location right downtown. Easy access to restaurants, stores, corner stores and attractions all within walking distance. Rooms were comfy but in terms of amenities, wish they had a steamer. Not the steamer with the iron, i real steamer.

Would have been nice to have a small, quiet bar area where we could have enjoyed a coffee or drink while doing some work at night. The restaurant is loud and unrealistic to get work done there. At check out we found out there were some drinks in the fridges next to front desk.

Their check in (3 pm) and check out (11 am) times are unnecessarily punitive. I came to the hotel at 2:20 pm and asked if the room was ready. They said that it will be ready at 3 pm. I said I am sitting in the lobby and waiting. Nobody bothered to inform me and I went again at 3:20 pm and had to ask them. They should a) be flexible about check times i.e. if someone comes a bit early and a room is available, they should oblige him/her rather than making them wait just because it says on the file b) make sure that the room is ready and if someone's waiting, they should have the courtesy to inform them.

Loved the view from the 23rd floor. The blackout curtains were fantastic. The shower was great. The size of the room, ample outlets and chair/table made for a comfy room. Can't beat the location, great eateries nearby and the Red Line is just steps from the front door.

The beds were a bit firm, not terrible just firm. The bed frame however WAS terrible. It was a wood box the bed was a tad smaller than the frame so the pillows would slip through and slide down behind the headboard Also, I cracked my knee pretty good due to the oversized frame jutting out. State street is a thorough fare for ambulances and cops. Even up on the 23rd floor it was very loud when they went screaming by. The bathroom lighting is a little annoying because it's motion censored. Only 2 elevators were working which caused lines to get up or down.
