The front desk man ( I didn't get his name- I was exhausted from driving all day), was so nice and pleasant when I arrived. Very smooth check in. The general lobby was very well kept and inviting. I had no issues finding my room and everything was in order when I settled in. I loved the amenities and the overall quietness of my stay, I can't tell if it's because there weren't a lot of occupants on the floor that day or not, but it was nice and quiet. The bathrooms were spacious and very nice, and the bed was very much to my liking, firm but not like a board. The heater/ac was relatively quiet. Also the staff in the front area ( not sure what their job description is), the woman working 12/28 at night was so nice and helpful, I had parked trying to find the lot on my Google maps and she came up and let me know which way to find it and then she happened to be walking by when I was retrieving my bags. She said she was glad I was able to find it alright, and I thanked her again! She also was very sweet to my kitty I had traveling with me Everyone was very helpful and pleasant in my experience.

The view wasn't great from my room, I was overlooking the parking garage for the stadium, but I can't really complain about that too much, knowing it is a downtown location, you get what you get. The 40 dollars for parking seems a bit steep for a "anyone can park here" kind of lot. Unsecured and open. I'm glad I was only staying 1 night so I didn't have to worry too much about someone wanting to get into my vehicle, but I figured there would be some sort of ramp or garage available for the hotel staff and guests. The fee for the Internet was also a bit much I think, generally that's built into the room fee in my experience.

The executive suite was spacious and well thought out. Valet service was awesome. The restaurant was pricey but had good food and service. All our requests were taken care of immediately.

Reserved room for 4 people but it was set up for only 2, 2 cups, 2 pillows, 2 waters etc. Had to ask for bedding for pull out bed. Lighting in half bath very poor for putting on makeup. Check in girl failed to let us know the executive suites were located in a separate building and we wandered around the main building with luggage in tow looking for a room that was located elsewhere.

We loved the Westin! We had a corner room with a view of Busch Stadium, and the location was excellent for our event at Enterprise Center. We were walking distance to the Arch, a short drive from Forest Park, and had plenty of great restaurants nearby! The room was so nice, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and facilities. It had a separate large bathtub and shower, comfy bed, and it was probably the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Everyone we talked to on staff was helpful and friendly.

Parking is expensive but that's a downtown hotel for you. Nothing really worth nothing, I think it's a great value for it's location in the city.

The staff at the front counter were so friendly and positive. They treated me like an old friend. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary, and they upgraded our room, covered our parking cost, and had champagne and chocolate waiting for us in our suite. We felt very appreciated as customers, and I highly recommend the hotel!

The only issue is that the exterior door to the wing our room was located in seemed to not latch properly, creating a potential security issue.

Perfect location for ball games at Busch Stadium. A lot of amenities around, great restaurants.

The restraunt in the hotel was sub-par. Went in on the night we arrived and sat there for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were even there. Then asked for a menu we never received. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend the restaurant at all!

The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were huge and spacious. You can't get any closer to the Cardinals stadium (and I had a great view of it), so it was worth the expense to have that convenience.

My room was not all that clean when I arrived, but the person who cleaned it on day 2 was 100% an A+. The AC seemed a little spotty and the room could feel / smell a little musty, but it was also summer in St Louis. The beds and pillows were very comfortable but the linens in my room needed a major upgrade (note that other family members had rooms where the linens and towels were clean and new-ish, but mine were old and in bad shape but at least they were clean).

The view was great, room was very clean. The mini fridge is a big bonus as well.

The parking lot is a bit of a walk from the doors when carrying luggage. Wasn't allowed to park near entrance of hotel to unload baggage. Parking lot isn't clearly labeled ether.

Very nice room!

Check in was not great. The room wasn’t ready at 4 pm and they told us they would call me when the room was ready. We waited almost an hour and no call. I had to get in a long line of people waiting to be checked in before I got to the desk clerk to get our room.

It was nice stay close to the Busch stadium. Breakfast was good but pricey. Very comfortable bed

The room was overcrowded with cars and tables. Don’t know why that was and it was very dusty!! Didn’t like the fact that we had to pay for parking. It should be included with the price of the room. The room prices were already high enough with extra for parking

The location was great. We were there for the Cardinals game. The stadium was across the street from the hotel..The bed was very comfortable. The shower was very nice. The bathroom was large.

I didn’t like the idea of one microwave for the entire floor. It was in a little room with the ice machine. The building has a strange layout but I didn’t get lost so I shouldn’t complain..
