Absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed some morning swims before heading to a nearby nursing home to support my brother. I stayed eight nights and enjoyed the breakfast buffet on Saturday. However, I would preferred ordering some less pricey off the menu items for other breakfasts, so I had most of my morning meals offsite. I did enjoy some egg bites one morning at the Starbucks café.

Such a long walk to the elevators and then another long walk to my room. Valet parking would have been appreciated when I had to walk through the rain from the parking area.

Lovely comfortable hotel with very friendly staff, especially Patti on reception. Breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. Bar/waiting staff were very obliging. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were very clean and warm. Nice friendly warm atmosphere in the hotel.

Noisy aircon/heating unit in the room which I turned off but would be annoying in summer if it was very hot. Free wifi wasn't great and I think you should have good free wifi in a hotel of this nature especially when your visit is for business purposes. Paid wifi was expensive.

Other than dessert one night, we did not eat at the hotel, however there are many dining options nearby. We also enjoyed the proximity to the many walking paths in the area. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping service which many hotel chains have abandoned.

We were disappointed that the outdoor pool was not opened during our stay.

This was the best hotel stay ever! Traveled for spring break with family and I couldn’t be more pleased. We got an upgraded room that was perfect for the group. I didn’t expect the rooms to be so nice. The restaurant we ate at had great food. There was a Starbucks, the perfect pool and overall clean environment. There was a theater that I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of, but I do plan on returning again.

The hot tub was out of order, but it doesn’t change my five star rating!

I was put on hold for an extended period of time by one of the staff, I had to call back and a young lady named Yani picked up the second time and was very polite and wonderful, she helped me with my check in on arrival as well, very warm personality and very professional she did an amazing job

Good location and grounds

Room service was shockingly bad. Stay away from the street tacos! The texture of the chicken was slimy or fatty or something. Very disappointed as the availability of room service is one reason I stay at this hotel. I couldn’t bring myself to eat anything else there for the rest of the week

The convenience of walking through the resort to the theater.

The hallways were a bit dim so finding our way around for the first time was a bit frustrating. One suggestion I would make is have a bit more lighting above the signage regarding room directions/numbers in the halls.

The bathrooms in the room were plagued by ants. Housekeeping did a good job of killing them but could have cleaned them up better. The dead insects were in the tub every evening and on the walls even after housekeeping came.

Room and bedding was comfortable. They had the temperature lowered so the room was cool when we arrived. Everything was neat and clean and in order.

We were supposed to have a king size bed and received two full size beds. We did not complain as we were only going to be there one night but the place was not busy and should not have had to ask for the right bed. Did not like the barn door for the bathroom though there probably wasn't room for a standard door.

Check in was very easy and fast.. very nice and polite first desk. All questions I had were answered . Room was very neat and clean. Room service was easy to call and ordered and food came to room in less than 20 min
