We had the deluxe king suite with a pull out couch, the room itself was big, high ceilings, very spacious. The daily breakfast was great and changed everyday, like scrambled eggs one day, biscuits and gravy the next. The pool was small but perfect for kids.

Not to nit pick because I know how it is, but hair stuck in the shower drain from previous guest, and the water pressure was worse than any campground I've been to. I have thick long hair, it would have been faster to use the sink. Also a sticky residue that covered EVERY piece of furniture, desk, dressers, bedside tables. Not sure if it was a wood finish that they just didn't seal because clorox wipes ended up having the wood color on them after trying to remove the sticky. Lastly, we left an open chocolate bar on the nightstand overnight and woke up to it covered in ants. Never saw the ants before or after food was taken care of. Oh ya, and the hottub no longer exists.

It was clean! The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. The staff was very accommodating and thankfully gave us a first floor room for the rest of our stay.

After checking in and paying for the room the evening front desk clerk very flippantly said the elevator was broke. I had recently had hip replacement and was not happy at all. The stairs were very difficult for me but we were exhausted from the drive so we stayed the first night and the issue was resolved the next morning.

Came here on the afternoon and the front desk didnt treat us well. She was rude. Didn’t even greet when we came, didn’t even say thank you. Gave us keys to the room but it didn’t work. Called the front desk while I was in 3rd floor and she didn’t even say sorry and just said “you need to go to the front desk” that’s all not even a sorry. When I went downstairs to tell her that the key didn’t work, she said “did you go to the right room?” Are you kidding me ? I’ve been traveling to so many states and stay in so many hotels! After i said yes I did went to the right room. she just said “oh really” ????? What the hell is that answer ??

THE ICE MACHINE HAD MOLD ON & IN IT ONE OF THE BED'S HAD HAIR ON IT SO IT WAS NOT CLEAN OR CHANGED THERE WAS NO SHAMPOO IN THE DISPENSER IN THE BATHROOM AND THE WINDOW CURTAINS IN ROOM WERE NASTY NEEDED TO BE CLEAN NEEDS A LITTLE WORK BUT I'VE STAYED IN WORSE!!!!!

That complimentary breakfast is amazing! I never had omelets, bacon, sausage patties at a hotel before. Very impressive. Usually it's just dry packaged muffins and the waffle mix machine. Also the front desk gal was very nice. Gabriella :)

The construction happening on the 3rd floor. Thankfully they were working afternoon, but since my event didn't take place till after 3pm, I was still in my room. That's the only time I heard it.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. Location was perfect for our needs.

The room amenities, indoor pool, and breakfast made the stay at this hotel a good value. It will be nice if they go back to serving hot breakfast option like sausage, eggs, etc. But the breakfast options provided were okay. The room was comfortable, but did have a weird moist like odor. The hallways were clean and had no bad smells. Staff was friendly. As long as the hotel's condition doesn't decline any further, I would stay here again.

The hotel is showing signs of wear. However, I've seen worse in other locations. The pool area windows need cleaning and sanitizing. The toilets were short. It feel like I was going on a preschool potty. (LOL) Hopefully, the hotel can see their way to sprucing things up(i.e. shower wall) before it gets too far gone.

It was a little hidden from the noise and rush off the city

The small food selection at breakfast, no fresh fruit. The water pressure in the shower, we bathe with a little splash of water. Also the rooms were freshly paint and the faucet in the bathroom was all mess up with dry paint and the room door.

The lobby is very inviting. The pool is a huge plus for the family to enjoy with the kids not to mention the free breakfast easy checkout definitely would stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was simple, The lady doing breakfast was sweet and nice. staff in morning and evening were very nice. Room was clean, room smelled freash.

Just. Need better pillows .
