The room was the best organized room I have ever stayed in: bedside table on each side, vanity outside of commode/shower room, plenty of utility outlets, full length mirror. All staff showed excellent customer service!!

The elevator went out. We were on the 3rd floor. I ended up falling onto the landing on 3rd floor. I had a lot of pain in my wrist and decided to have it checked out in the ER. No fracture, just a severe sprain.

If you call pancakes, cereal, and pastries a good breakfast, I was expecting bacon or sausage and eggs. A gallon of milk to share seems like a germ spreader. Also same with juice. Individual portions make sure no one has put anything in it.

Beds were soft, plenty of pillows. There should be a towel rack above toilet. I got in shower and realized no towels in bathroom since sink with cubby not attached to bathroom. The front desk clerk( night) gave out the wrong room number so somebody tried to open my door, the he came and was opening door without knocking and had to stop him.

Food service, equipment not working, lacking supplies, not even a spoon to eat cereal. Breakfast service needs an overhaul and better planning.

You could tell they cleaned to keep it clean even if it was older… which was nice. Front desk women (morning and night) were extremely friendly and kind.

I’m pretty laid back… but it was older and some people might mind that

Great Location. Close to the highway (easy on & off). Gas stations, restaurants, fast food and other hotels close by. 1st night we noticed there was a little problem with the fridge and toilet. We were moved to another room right away. After we got home (8hrs away) I realized I forgot my Tablet in the room. I called in a panic. Took 5 days later. But I am amazed the staff, and management found my Tablet and shipped it back to me free of charge. Nicest people I ever met while on a road trip. The hotel is being renovated so I hope the staff can stay on because we would love to stay here again!

Breakfast wasn’t much. Not a lot of variety. No eggs, bagels and cream cheese, or juices BUT it’s most likely due to COVID-19 & how many guests are in the hotel. There’s a McD’s next to the hotel if you prefer a fuller hotter breakfast.

Location to where I needed to be was good and quick access.

Wasn't used to all of the extra Hy-way noise, but it wasn't bad.

Very comfortable, great value, BEST FOH STAFF, very caring....

During mid-morning/early afternoons hrs the noise level becomes rather loud. (I believe staff bring their young ones to work and the children run in and out of rooms screaming and playing. So no need for hopes of morning/afternoon naps because it won't happen! The pool was filled with about 6-7 young children on the weekend as well (looked like older sibling MAYBE 12-14 yrs of age at the most this past Sunday (I believe staff's children/family as well) But... IF this property could get staff to not treat this as a childcare facility and come to work and leave the children at sitters I have no complaints.

We were wanting to go somewhere to just relax and the Park City Inn was that and more. The Staff was super friendly. Everything was clean and fresh, the rooms are very comfortable.

There wasn't anything we disliked, it was a nice place to stay.

Excellent location, and the place was so much better than I had expected. Room was clean! I didn't have breakfast but I saw it was basic and fair for the price. Since it is by the highway, expect all type of people, from bikers and smokers to absolutely quiet solo travellers.

Haha, I couldn't find the right size of lid for my coffee cup. Maybe try to clean the coffee machine in the rooms, frequent use makes the water compartment look whitish.

Weather forced us to cancel the reservation but they accommodated our request. We kept the room for my son's family, and they enjoyed their stay.

Foil packets of shampoo were difficult to open with wet hands.
