The woman that is always working front desk during day is the sweetest. She is very helpful and does her job well. She seems to actually care about the place and helps make it a great stay! They are pet friendly, but I have a medical service dog that they welcomed with open arms and didn’t give me any issues like other places. I definitely will be staying here every time I’m in town!!!!

Staff was very friendly, had fridge snd microwave on the room, cable TV, good sized bed and three pillows. Everything was clean in there and stocked up.

The no smoking room had probably been smoked in before, maybe it was recently changed to non-smoking, but there were a few burn holes in the top cover. There's nothing they can do about that though and I didn't smell like smoke leaving so its not something I'm going to hold against them.

The staff responded quickly, within five minutes, to an issue with the room. They also cheerfully re-coded our key card when it failed after housekeeping went into our room. The room was very comfortable, though the traffic noise was a little loud. We were on the side closest to the expressway.

The top step to the 3rd floor should be painted a cautionary color, yellow or red. The rise of the step is farther than all the rest and could result in a fall, it is quite unexpected when going down the stairs. Watch that first step on the 3rd floor closest to the office on the expressway side of the building.

The staff was friendly and The shower got real good and hot with great pressure! Best motel shower I have ever used!

The cold walk to the room. (Nobody can help that though! They do have an elevator so you don’t have to walk up and down steps to get to your room.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful - viz, Kirsha, Rohit, and Saiteja!

Please provide chocolate chip ice cream for our next stay!

Proximity to school where we are taking classes.

The air-conditioner was off when we entered the room therefore the room was hot and uncomfortable. The bed could use some cleaning. there was food crumbs etc under the sheets on the bed covers. but otherwise clean!

Very clean and comfortable. Met our expectations for a motel for 1 night stay traveling with a small dog and a 13 yr old.

The maintenance team needs to take pride in their work and finish the job correctly. Ex: gaps in laminate flooring where a. Bad piece was replaced and not measured or cut to the correct size

The rooms are clean and comfortable

only once I had an issue of noise outside my door when I was trying to sleep. ( I work nights at the hospital) I called the front desk and it was quickly taken care of.

The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. I lost my keys in the room the next morning, and they were great helping me find them. Room was clean, and comfortable. No complaints at all.

Convenient location and close to highway with access to city limits and local fast food conveniences.

Breakfast was provided but lacked in selection of items available. Convenient location of motel but too close to highway, which was somewhat noisy all night with persistent traffic.
