comfortable bed, clean and ample bathroom, great location for the 4th of july celebration/fireworks, great bar/restaurant on the lobby. We didn't use the valet parking but it was available.

My only complain is that the shower head was not a efficient/green/watersaver as it should be. We feel that every time we used the shower we were using extreme amount of water totally unnecessary and multiply that for the size of the hotel and is a horrible waste of water. On the plus side, the toilet and the sink were good.

Excellent location, outstanding front desk/reception employees, facility was welcoming, well appointed, clean lines and clean property. Parking was reasonable and across the street. Will definitely stay again! I wish I could remember the staff, on check in and check out she was present. Kudos to all!

Restaurant-Bar isn’t open on Sundays-Mondays. Not a deal breaker. We learned to plan one’s visit Tuesday-Saturdays. Many tastings-restaurants, etc are closed on Sunday & Monday.

Location was terrific. We walked everywhere with lots of great restaurants and bars close by. Loved the lobby. Nice music, warm atmosphere with fireplace and modern urban decor.

The pillows were too flat and uncomfortable. All 4 on our bed were not conducive to good sleep. Could have used new, firmer pillows.

The location and the room was small but nicely planned out for a city sized hotel room.

The pillow cases had not been changed and were stained and dirty-so gross when I’m tired and just want to go to bed. I called the front desk and they brought up new pillows, but they didn’t have pillow cases on them, only the protective covers. I was too tired at that point to complain further. Also, the pillows themselves were awful; feather pillows that compressed into a tiny ball with no support at all. I’m not sure why it’s so hard for hotels to get the pillows right.

The Aloft was very pleasant surprise. Everything about my stay was top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The front desk staff was prompt, courteous, and professional. Upon check-in, they thanked me for being a Marriott Member. They called my by name, each time I passed the front desk, and made sure that my stay was going well. However, hotel’s bar was the part of the stay. The bar staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks that were stocked in the bar. The staff was especially knowable of their large section of Bourbons and Whiskeys. The bartender gave a great recommendation for dinner. Later he gave super information regarding after hours bars, after the hotel bar had to close.

I really loved that it was pet friendly in all areas of the hotel. The elevator requires your room key to access the other floors which makes you feel safer. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable. The shower had really good water pressure which isn't always the case at hotels. Aloft is in a great location - you can walk to many of the popular places like museums, distilleries, and really good food!

There is only a very small grass area by the parking ramp to let your dog out to potty. It would be nice for a separate fenced in area. The parking adds up - $20 per day (for us). It could be more for those that use valet or constantly in and out of the ramp. The homeless begging for food or money while sitting outside was a bit annoying though that is not the hotel's fault.

The bed was really comfortable. The bar area in the lobby was very nice with different areas and styles. The location is great, on whiskey row, very close to many restaurants and bars.

The snacks in ireception were really expensive.

Bed was very comfortable. Liked the contemporary design. Close to Thunder over Louisville events. Staff gave us a warm welcome, directed us to the elevators ( actually walked there), Hostess got me a blanket. She went with me to the floor to get the blanket. Location was quiet.

No room service. Had to go to the bar to order food.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We got a corner room which is more spacious and has a little view of the street below. Had good amenities. I’m walking distance to many different for places or just a short drive from other popular areas.

The electric in our room was off. The plug where the coffee maker did not work. The lights for the bathroom and bed area were off. The bathroom door does not lock and you can see through cracks. The shower also leaks water onto the floor a lot. If nosies bother you this might not be the place for you. Given there are bars, restaurants, a busy street below it was hard for me to sleep at times.

Great location for the Bourbon trail, 4th street, walking the city. Valet got our car very fast whenever we needed it.

On the first night, 1 Front desk staff told us there was nothing to do in Louisville and that we’d have to go to another area east of there. We walked around the next day and discovered 4th street, the welcome center (gives you tons of stuff to do) and other bars around town. Maybe it wasnt his ideal of stuff to do, but there was definitely some fun to be had.
