The room was a suite, so it had 2 queen beds, a sofa bed, and a kitchen (w/o a stove); plenty of room for 3 people. The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Check-in was easy, and a late check-out was allowed. The staff was very nice.

The wallpaper on the bathroom wall was peeling in various places. The bathroom didn't have ventilation, so mold is beginning to grow on the lifted wallpaper. The bathroom door is a slider without a lock, but it was okay since we needed to vent during a shower. Also, the duvet insert on the bed was thin, and the duvet itself was scratchy. Enough supplies weren't added after the last guests, so we ran out of paper towels and nearly ran out of bath tissue. For a room that accommodates 3-6 adults, it should've been fully stocked with those items. Small changes would've made this room perfect!

We loved how spacious the rooms were. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well! Loved the breakfast buffet and the hotel is perfectly located only two miles from our son!

The pool. It was closed the first day because the levels were odd we were told. It was like a sauna in there when it was open. So stuffy and difficult to breathe. And the kids said the pool tasted like salt water when it touched their mouths. I was so excited to try the peloton bike but needed my own membership to try.

The breakfast was awesome. They were very accommodative. Since we don't have any meat other than chicken, they took special order to provide us with chicken burgers which was not on the menu for that day!

Everything was perfect, except that we were not able to use the pool as it was closed for 2 hours and we had to check out so couldn't use it later.

Thus us very convenient to the interstate and located a little outside of the city congestion but only minutes from everything. It is right at the airport but we were on the top floor facing the airport and our room was very quiet. The room was very big! Reakgast was one of the best for any hotel I've stayed at.

The hotel is near the airport. The shuttle service was quick. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I thought the breakfast fare was good. The room was well equipped. It seemed like a good value, considering the price range of airport hotels with shuttle service.

The room was clean, but it had the smell of mildew.

Breakfast was great!! Had everything that the whole family liked. The room was spacious an clean. I will definitely stay again.

The bathroom door was a sliding door so i definitely had to block it so the baby wouldn't open it.i didn't see that in the pictures. Everything else was great.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. One of the staff members popped more popcorn just for and another family member. I was emailed when I first arrived and asked if I needed anything and if I did don't hesitate to ask.

Clean, location, shuttle was great!

The staff was very rude in the morning. Breakfast barely had anything. Staff rolled eyes and sighed when asked for more bowls. This location needs to go watch their staff. Beautiful hotel but workers were not pleasant.

The staff was great! One of the ladies saw I was fanning myself at breakfast and brought me over my own fan! I got in late on the first night and the driver of the shuttle offered to take me to the store for supplies since they didn't have a restaurant. That was awesome!

Lots of traffic noise in the mornings.

Room was nice. Place was clean and easy to get to. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Pretty quiet. Didn’t hear others much at all. Only the air planes flying over. Only a couple issues noted.

Not a good breakfast either day. It was cold and seemed old. Coffee was good one day but cold the other. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall which really surprised me since everything else was so nice.
