Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great for staying an evening, and leaving early to the airport. Was ideal for this. Hotel recommended a nice restaurant close by and we had a lovely dinner for our last night. Room was very comfortable, and really appreciated the prompt free shuttle super early in the morning. It only took 5 minutes or so by shuttle to get to the airport. Handy having restaurants, and a Target nearby for last minute pickups.

Was unfortunate that we couldn´t order a carry out breakfast for our early departure (breakfast was included in our cost) but the desk assistant quickly picked up a couple of apples and yoghurts for us. This was appreciated.

The breakfast was great and the view was fine there wasn’t much to look at though and a special thanks to the Ms. Trinity on the evening shift I ran into a situation but she went above and beyond to help me fix it with no hesitation. I really appreciate her because we came for my birthday weekend so that was a great gift to me. Trinity keep doing amazing customer service and she kept a smile on her face unlike the morning to evening clerk with the red hair she wasn’t so friendly and never made eye contact she act as if someone was bothering her when that her job to help and greet the guest. Nevertheless she want stop me from staying there again maybe she’ll have a better attitude or be gone or I’ll just make sure we address any issues while Trinity or her release person leave.

The front desk clerk worker that worked from the morning til Trinity came in she was slightly rude and never made eye contact as if she didn’t want to be bothered or something smdh that’s her job so that’s why I didn’t understand but some people are just stupid and rude like that but I didn’t care.

Breakfast was good and had variety. Traveling without my husband; and with my sister inlaw - we felt safe at this hotel. Employees are helpful and nice, as are the shuttle bus drivers. All went well with our my or out 2 overnight stays. Will stay again at this location.

Nothing not to like or write about. a good location, clean, very good bedding/comfortable, price and felt safe at this location traveling as a female without husband, less than 2 miles from New Orleans Airport. OK would have to pay more for a hotel with a restaurant.

Love the location and conveniences to main BLVD's, interstate highway, shopping, dining and entertainment. The entire property is well maintained and clean. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The breakfast is one of the best I've encountered. Great place to stay for local shopping, getting to the airport or a trip into New Orleans for business or entertainment without the inconvenience of staying at a downtown, very expensive motel.

The small shop in the lobby is very lacking in snacks, drinks, toiletry items travelers may have forgotten. In short, this area needs a whole lot of attention.

Clean, safe, comfortable bed & furnishings, close to restaurants & shopping. Very accommodating staff. Although listing noted luggage storage, there really was none. They did hold our luggage in a meeting room, for which we were grateful. (The facet that only one door locked & the other was a barn-style door that opened to the lobby lounge had us putting “our faith in humanity” for the day. We returned to all luggage still in its place & underinsured. )

Extremely bright parking lot security lights shining in window all night! HAD to use complete blackout shade (all the way down) to sleep. Air conditioning didn’t regulate- it either blasted until it was too cold or didn’t turn on.

The breakfast more than adequate. Fresh, flavorful, looked and tasted fresh and excellent. The eating area was clean and well attended, the attendants were friendly and engaging. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this topic a 9.5. The check in was fast and the desk clerk was efficient and thorough. The motel and rooms in general were well maintained and clean. The location is very convenient to Interstate 10 and other main thoroughfares in Kenner and Metairie.

While taking a shower the floor in front of the sink became very wet. I found myself standing barefoot in a layer of water while shaving. Other than this, I really can't complain about much else. Moving to the area where your chips, cookies, drinks, etc are stocked for purchase.....this area was very inadequate with very few choices for snacks, drinks, etc., in short, this area needs a lot of help as it is poorly attended.

The hotel was VERY clean (and trust me i’m very PICKY about where I stay). It didn’t take the shuttle no time to get to the airport. To keep your car there was free (some hotels do charge even though you had a reservation with them). You did hear the planes but they were not that loud but also expected being that close to the airport.

I wish they had to go breakfast (muffin or fruit) for the travelers that have an early flight. Breakfast started at 6 but we needed to be at the airport by 5:30 to get through security & etc.

In town for a reunion. The location was perfect and central to all of our activities. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast area was perfect.

The room was very damp and smelled a little musty, but otherwise fine. We really only slept there, so it was manageable.

Quiet, very comfortable bed, great breakfast with scrambled eggs, veggie egg white omelettes, turkey sausage, pork sausage, bacon, warm cinnamon rolls. pancakes, etc.! Lots of decent TV channels.

Difficult maneuvering hotel luggage trolley in and out of narrow elevator opening.

I had to catch a 6:30 a.m. flight, so I chose this hotel based on location and the free shuttle. Comfortable bed, and even though I was at the end of the hall, next to an exterior door, it was pretty quiet. I requested and received a wake up call at 3:45 a.m. The shuttle runs every hour on the hour, and was right on time for me. Make sure to let the front desk know that you plan to take it. The front desk attendant was so cheerful and professional at 4:00 am! There was hot coffee and hot water for tea waiting for me in the lobby.

I suspect many people stay here for proximity to the airport. It would be a really nice touch to have some portable breakfast foods, like muffins or bagels, for people who have to catch early flights and check out before breakfast. I also think the hotel is a little expensive for what you get - but also, I think you're paying for convenience and location here.
