Decor, cleanliness were excellent. Location was as about good as it gets around the Inner Harbor of Baltimore and Fells point. The croissants in the the morning were on par with some of the best I've ever had.

Staff at breakfast was just barely keeping up. Surprise additional hotel service fee of $19.90 which was not disclosed by booking.com. The hotel blamed booking.com for failing to update the information on their site.

Staff was fantastic! Put us in a great room with harbor view, even had a birthday card waiting for me when we arrived. We met our sons for dinner, and the hotel was the perfect walking distance to all of the local shops and eateries. We would definitely stay here again!

Mattress and pillows not very comfortable.

We liked the location, decor, staff and on-site parking.

We have stayed here previously and the breakfast was great. This time it was extremely lackluster. The coffee machine was broken, and it seemed like there were a lot less options for breakfast. We may be remembering incorrectly, but there also used to be a weekend event like wine and chocolate in the lobby which was no longer happening.

Buyer beware! Even if you pre-pay for your room through Booking.com, which should cover all fees and taxes, you will be charged $19.90 per day. When I inquired about this daily fee I was told it was to cover the “free” coffee/tea bar and “free” breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful and welcoming. The Fells Point neighborhood was vibrant with wonderful restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. We enjoyed walking the harbor walkway that extends around the property and connects seamlessly to miles of ocean front walkways. The view from our room was spectacular, and it was fun to see all the joggers pass by. Staff members were charming and helpful. I appreciated the close-up mirror and the double hooks on the door in the bathroom.

The continental breakfast was quite adequate, but didn’t offer decaf coffee; I grabbed decaf from the nearby cafe. Beds were great, but it would have been nice to have a selection of pillow sizes; I found the pillows to be too thick to be comfortable. The toilet is quite low, without an accessibility bar. Our thermostat was broken which I forgot to mention to the front desk. Another towel bar in the bathroom would have been helpful.

This hotel is special. We always like staying in Fells Point in Baltimore, but this hotel is in a perfect location And since my husband treated me to this trip, I splurged for a room with a view of the water. Boy did we get it! A corner room with windows on the bay on both sides. Combined with the gorgeous sunny days and the otherwise super-comfortable spacious room, it was magic. The location was perfect—close to a great bakery/cafe (Pitango’s) and bars, pubs, and restaurants (highly recommend the Thames Oyster House — outstanding seafood). The staff were lovely - they really added icing to the cake—extremely warm and welcoming. We’ll be back.

I have stayed here many times in the past and it is always a pleasure. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the Inn is beautiful. You are in a haven in the heart of Fells Point, on the waterfront.

There was no breakfast, just yogurt/ Cereal , milk muffins so when I consider “breakfast “ as included I think I’m getting a breakfast as in eggs, pancakes/waffles , toast bacon etc

I loved the room and the closeness to the water and able to walk to all the activity

The continental breakfast was adequate and offered just enough variety...just feel that there could have been a little something more...fresh pastries & muffins (not prepackaged). Microwaves would be handy...either in rooms or common area.

An onsite restaurant/bar would be nice if you didn't want to venture out during your stay.

The front desk staff, Autumn, was very welcoming and professional. She made sure we had everything we needed. Parking across the street was very secure and convenient. Breakfast was continental but there was a big selection. 24 hr coffee and tea bar was very nice. Shops and restaurants were only a short walk away. Very quaint, historic town. Loved it!
