Our entire stay was beyond our expectations. We had a two-bedroom apartment that had plenty of room. Both rooms were very comfortable. We had plenty of space in the living area, kitchen and dining area in the room. We were surprised that the outdoor pool and hot tub was available during the winter months. It was a real treat sitting in the outdoor hot tub when it was so cold outside. The hotel was beautiful and we can't wait to come back and stay again.

We had requested late checkout and the best we were offered was 11 a.m., which we very happy to get; however, we would have liked to have stayed longer so that we could have enjoyed the outdoor accommodations and been able to go back to our room to get showers. We had so many planned activities that we were limited on our actual time at the hotel.

Loved Monday night karaoke. The two facilitators were superb. The location was attractive and clean throughout.

Being in our 70's the bathroom toilet in the room seemed so low it felt almost like sitting on the floor. Plus there was no heat lamp in the bathroom which we are accustomed to having. There were no instructions for the use of the coffee maker or how much coffee to use in it. Also there was no washer & dryer in our unit which we usually have.

The room was really nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was really helpful. The room had everything I needed to spend a week and feel really comfortable, almost like home.

The location was a bit far from DC and the busses to the Old Town were not always on time. Also, since the place borders two states the scooters for rent were only working in one state. This was annoying since to get to the Old Town you need to cross the state border. Of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The jacuzzi was amazing, the waterfall was one of the highlights of the trip. Proximity to waterfront, ferris wheel, e.t.c Kitchen well stocked, great TV with HDMI capability. Lobed the tub!! However there's not a real comfortable place for the neck... Bed and pillows were super comfy. Balcony looked fun, but weather was easy to cold to use it.

Paying $20 every night for parking really boosted our daily rate to about $250 a day for a one bedroom with a mediocre view. Internet speed and limitation of devices was frustrating. Bathrooms were cold in winter with no rug or bathmat on the tile. Bed could have used a thicker and king sized comforter in January, it was cold! ( and Windows are not well- insulated.) The flickering green light in the toilet room was disturbing and very annoying. We're concerned about plugs sparking when inserted into outlet, we think the apartment needs an electrical safety checkup, including all the lamps.

Apartment-style hotel. Each apartment is large, had includes kitchen+living room, separate bedroom, separate bathroom. Beds are very comfortable and large. Rooms are clean.

No dislikes, but something to be aware: - No opportunity to have breakfast in the hotel (unless you of course use your own kitchen). However there are plenty of choices in the area - Rooms serviced every 5 days I believe, which was no problem for me, but good to be aware

The room was amazing and the facilities were on point, I always try to stay at the Wyndham every time I come to the national harbor. I love the kitchen in my room, it has everything I need to cook breakfast and dinner for me and my friends.

No longer has free parking come with the stay.in the nearby parking garage.

The welcome to the property was great and it’s an awesome location. With this being a family trip, it was super helpful to have an apartment style room like this and not have to key in/out of separate rooms. Also grateful for the full kitchen, perfect for having to wash bottles and store/prep food for little people

The beds in the double room were rather small

Absolutely Everything .From the time we pulled up, until the time we checked Out. We were not even checked in and the porter/ doorman . Eller believe his name is.. He unloaded our travel bags from the car and took everything into our room and even hung up my clothing in the closet. He was always kind and helpful our entire stay. We were upgrade to a 2 bedroom. Our room was beautiful and spotless. Very peaceful and relaxing. Also We Loved our stay. We will be returning.. Also it was Hot and we enjoyed having nice cold bottled water available in the lobby 24/7. We loved having the balcony with a view of the national harbor. was very comfortable the whole stay.

There were several surfaces in the room that weren’t clean: coffee spills on the bedside table, grease/liquid marks on the living room coffee table and tall kitchen counter, and something that was dried liquid on the master bathroom floor next to the toilet paper holder (disgusted to think what it was).

Good location. Walkable to the conference centers, national harbor, and restaurants. Bed was comfy, room was clean and nice. Staff was very friendly.

Had to sit through a 5 minute welcome spiel before I could get to my room at 10 PM at night.
