Firstly, the location was excellent, just 5 minutes from the metro that you can see as soon as you step out the doors. In addition, being situated on Kings Street which is the hub of old town Alexandria was beautiful . The staff was excellent, caring, willing to assist us with our needs and showed lots of attention to detail such as: for Christmas they even printed out menus and reservations to restaurants if we needed. Special thanks and appreciation to Maria,Jane, Torrey and Janet; they are such beautiful souls and were very warm towards my family and I. The breakfast was excellent, with variety and practicality. The parking was very practical and the cheapest around.

We had a two double bed room that was a bit small and the bed was not as comfortable as we thought. The parking space was a bit tight for SUV’s and bigger vehicles.

Great location – Old Town is one of the nicest neighborhoods in the area, with a ton of food, entertainment, and convenient transportation to either DC or the nearby national harbor. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating to guest requests. They handed out free water every day, which was essential as tap water isn't drinkable in DC.

Breakfast was a little lackluster and the main lobby felt a lot more cramped than the other hotels in the area. As a sensitive sleeper, the rooms were not really soundproof, to the point where conversation next-doors at normal volume could always be heard very vaguely. If your room faces the back alleys, you will also hear garbage trucks operating every other morning a 7:30AM. The curtains were very good at blocking light, though. The price is a little steep but it's the better option out of its many competitions in the area. If you are in the Hilton chain then certainly go for it.

I liked 1- The staff : The hotel has a great, very supportive staff, they always there for you , special thanks to (Jane, Petty, Janet), they made our life easy during our stay Jane: She supported us during check in, she was very generous in offering us water when it is needed (Thanks Jane) Petty: She offered us a late check out, she was very supportive (Thanks Petty) Janet: She took care of our stuff during check out, she gave us extra time to finish the late check out (Thanks Janet) 2- The location is great 3- The business center

The internet was very slow with some cut off, the hotel has to take this issue seriously

The breakfast was fine. Filling us up for our journey into DC. The front desk also left us healthy snacks to enjoy during our day. Kitchen staff was attentive to their area and the area was extremely clean. I liked that breakfast was available until 10 am. All in all we were very pleased as I was skeptical at first having my heart set on staying in Georgetown. The Metro was an easy walk. The King Street trolley was icing on the cake. We are already discussing coming back at the same time next year! Thank you!

We stayed in the front of the building so the street noise was a little loud but not a dealbreaker!

One thing that I really loved about the hotel, was its location. The location of the hotel is directly along King Street which has majority of the restaurants and venue that you can visit when we travel. We were right next to the metro station, so we were able to take the trolley up and down King Street to visit restaurants or to go to the waterfront. The breakfast was okay it was your standard couple of hot meal options and of course cereal and coffee. The room size was okay, but for a suite I was expecting a little bit more room, but overall it was your standard size room. The bed was comfortable, and the room did look clean, and I could definitely tell the room was non-smoking

If you're someone that wants to enjoy laying down and watching TV in the room, I highly recommend bringing a fire stick with you. Their TV channels are terrible. I was very disappointed that as update as a hotel was, is there a TV did not have any stream services or it didn't have any movie channels. Some hotels will stay, give you all the channels as part of the room deal however, this hotel did not. So if enjoy watching TV from time to time we are just in the room highly recommend a fire stick or a Roku stick. That is probably my biggest and only complaint about this hotel.

The location was great! Right on King Street. Alexandria old town is so pretty. We will return! The hotel staff were polite. We checked in very late as we were in DC for the day. The night manager gave us snacks and water. And we could also get milk at a small price for my kids. The room was spacious and clean. Parking onsite!

Breakfast waffles were a chore to do! With two kids waiting, it wasn’t easy having to squirt batter into a cup before pouring that into the waffle maker. The original batter also ran out and wasn’t replenished. We had the lemon batter instead.

The room was clean. The beds were reasonably comfortable.

Very old hotel. You have to press a bell to be allowed to enter into the hotel. It was a cold day and I had heavy luggage with me. My husband had not yet joined me. I stood and rang and rang the bell and the reception was empty. After quite a long while standing in the cold, the receptionist came, apologized and let me into the hotel. The 2 queen bed room was crowded with some unnecessary furniture so not much space to move around.

The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. I liked they included a microwave, areas to sit down and a very friendly staff. The shower water temp was amazing. The property had a little store if anything was needed and they provided free water bottles!

The free breakfast was okay. One day they had a corn beef option that looked horrible. I wouldn’t pick this location over another because of the free breakfast provided. However, definitely useful to have free coffee and bagels for breakfast.

Comfortable, secure hotel with refrigerator and microwave in the room. Free hot coffee all day in the lobby, and a great location in Old Town, Alexandria near the Metro. Loved the extra towels and coffee-maker in the room. They also provided free bottles of water, which was great.

The elevator was very slow, old and creaky. There was a tub/shower combination and the tub was so small and rounded it was hard to stand and shower, felt very cramped. The bed was comfortable but seemed a bit old and creaky as well. It was nice having the free breakfast, but many of the egg dishes felt warmed-over. The ice-makers were out of order on every floor except the lobby, but there were no signs to tell us this until I had tried several floors.

The room is big and contains everything a business traveler may need (even ironing tools). Furthermore, the staff is extremely friendly, and the hotel has other advantages such as the complementary breakfast or the gym room.

The only thing that bothered me is the plastic utensils, cups, and plates used for the breakfast. Not everything is recyclable, which contributes to a bunch of waste while they could just as easily provide real cutlery. I feel this hotel can do a bit more for the environment.
