Location was great. Room was nice size and the mini kitchen was very good. Beni our housekeeper was fantastic.

The Smoking policy was horrible. So many people constantly smoking on the balconys made it impossible to use ours. The smoke came right onto our balcony at all hours. I'm very allergic to both cigarette and pot smoke which seemed everywhere on the property making our ocean front balcony useless. One of the housekeepers was smoking in the parking lot and on the floors before going into rooms. This place needs to make the entire hotel smoke free. The way it is we will never come back.

It was very clean and the elevator was nice. The balcony was also nice. We left the window and door open all night and during the day when we were in the room to hear the ocean. We went in October so it was super quiet and easy to park. The front desk was super friendly as was any staff we came across. One staff member was willing to leave the elevator to let me on instead since he had a big push cart, but I told him no thank you. Also I loved the amount of pillows on the bed and there were extra in the closet if needed. The closet itself was great as was the kitchenette. Sunrises were gorgeous and we could enjoy them on the balcony or even from our bed!!

There was a drip coming from the above balcony that had made a stalagmite (tite?) on our balcony ceiling and it would sometimes drip on us. I think it was from the heater/air conditioner above us. There wasn’t a place for us to wash the sand off our feet near where we entered the hotel so we tried our best to rid ourselves of the sand.

The staff and location were great. Really nice accommodation for the October pricing. Room was super clean with all you could need.

Person in the room next to me was smoking every time I was on the balcony. Hard to find the office on arrival.

The windows need to be blackout for a good night sleep specially in the lower level is to close to the boardwalk train and the lights are bright. The room was clean. I would have enjoyed a little more privacy between the bedroom and the living room as a suite. I will recommend that instead of grass area for the dogs to poop,, to add a nice family pool and a clean area for kids to play. That will add value to this location. I didn't like sharing the pool with the dundes motel. I usually visit the Dunes manor hotel and this year I paid almost the same amount of money to visit the suites looking for more comfort . I love your location however suits should be more focus on family trip comfort. The housekeeping team was very nice and friendly.

First the view of the ocean was just perfect. The cleaning service was awesome.

The receptionist wasn’t as welcoming as I would thought they would be. They lack hospitality..

No breakfast included. The room was a good size with plenty of amenities.

I have a bad back and a bad hip and I found the bed to be too firm. I didn't sleep well and awoke every morning with a sore back. My wife felt the bed was perfect and she slept very well. We both felt the bathroom was too small and the toilet too low. The shower head was too low and the water pressure too low. Also, the water never seemed to get hot, only warm.

I come here every year and we always have a good experience. Rooms are always clean and the location is lovely. Beach front with direct beach access and the tram is right there beside the hotel.

This time around when we got there the room smelled really strongly of perfume and cleaner and as a migraine sufferer it trigger a migraine for me. While appreciate the cleanliness of the room the cleaner could maybe be less strong.

There wasn't breakfast

There are two buildings and the office is in the front building. There is no indication of how to get to the office. A sign hangs on the second floor, we walked all over up and down looking for the office, it was crazy! When I mentioned it to the staff they need a better sign on the main floor they obviously did not intend to make any changes. There was a problem with the room I had picked, luckily, it was a Monday and off season. They switched our room to the correct one. I think the website was misleading regarding ocean view. They were very nice and changed it

Everything was great! Loved the balcony looking out at the ocean. The kitchenette had all we needed. It was close to several restaurants. It was quiet and calm, yet right at the end of the boardwalk. There were enough outlets for all of our electronics.

The overflow parking guy got a bit mean over us having our truck and trailer both there, even though parking was not full.

would prefer full size coffee maker (I brought my own) and the carpeting. LVF or tile like what is in kitchen/bathroom would be preferable to carpet at a beachfront property with sand , humid temps. otherwise the suite was very comfortable and nicely furnished.
