Kitchen area and dinning room were very nice, colorful, clean and well appointed. Main bathroom was clean, fully stocked, and worked great. Second bathroom was pretty tight to get in, but the sink and toilet were servicable and clean. We had two wonderful meals at the Harp & Bard restaurant/Pub close to the property.

Although there were several fans running to mitigate the heat, we did miss having air conditioning. We came back to a quite warm unit late in the day. Sleeping was tolerable with the fans.

Locationwise surprisingly good, 10 minutes to city center by subway. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, lots of shops and services in walking distance. Walgreens (pharmacy&goods) just 30 metres away. The apartment has all you need even for a longer stay, communication with the staff worked great as well.

Nothing to complain, would happily to use this accommodation again 😊

The apartment is spacious and very clean. In a quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

Actually there is not a parking space. You have to pay for it and you are allowed to park in the spare streets until 10am max. We booked this apartment primarily for the parking option but we spent a couple of hours trying to find one.

Nice neighborhood location, really enjoyed the locals tavern! A nice house fully stocked.

3 stories without an elevator. I was told I overlooked the "no elevator" when booking. Neither my husband nor I could get our bags upstairs, but our travel companions did it, but it was hard for them too! Note: use the front entrance!!! Easier than through the back gate. Beds could be a bit more comfortable, needs a pillow top.

Spacious accommodation with lots of rooms and plenty of plates and cutlery. Didn't have to pay for parking, though it was a bit difficult to find a free spot without street cleaning limitations. There are some restaurants and stores down the street which made it very convenient.

Floors seemed a bit dirty/dusty and the showerhead had really low pressure until we fixed it.

Nice large accommodation, well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds but kind of low to the floor. Parking instructions provided are really helpful.

You can hear the folks above us walking around due to the squeeking floors, especially at night. But they settle down around bed time.

The apartment was exactly as advertised. We really liked how there were little shampoo, conditioner and soaps. Everything was really easy to get into, and all of the codes given to us made it really easy.

I could hear the upstairs neighbors regardless of what they did. It made it a little hard at night to fall asleep, but it was not the people stayings fault, they walked around and it was loud.

The location is very convenient since it’s so close to the red line. The area is nice and the home itself was nicely furnished and maintained. I would recommend this location to people coming to Boston.

I didn’t like the placement of the day bed furniture in the living room since it’s across from the tv and it’s not comfortable to sit on. that’s my only complaint about the stay. just switch the couch and day bed locations and it would be great.

The appartment was beautiful, very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The checkin and checkout procedures were sent both by mail and text message and they were very clear and easy to follow. For the breakfast everything needed could be found in the kitchen, even fresh eggs.

There is not private parking spot. And the street were the appartment is located is reserved for residents during daytime on weekdays. We could find a parking spot a few streets further, it was not a problem per se, but it should be clearly stated, that while there is free parking possible in the surroundings, there is no reserved free parking spot on the location. Writing this clearly would avoid frustrations at arrival.

Very nice guest house in Boston Dorchester area, closed to lots of restaurant and grocery stores, clean and spacious for family or group people. enough cooking and dinning utilities ; affordable price comparing with other hotel. Highly recommended!!
