The room was exceptionally clean. Staff was very supportive and helpful. easy to get to the Green Line.

The resort fee - Why. All added fees do not make sense. No coffee in the lobby I have nothing more to say

For Boston colonial history, the Parker House is tops for location, location, location. Right on the Freedom Trail. Beautiful historic hotel where you forget the sameness of the interstate exit hotels and simply enjoy a unique hotel experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is exceptionally clean and comfortable.

As to be expected in a 100 year old urban hotel, our room was a bit on the small side, but not a problem. And, no in room mini-fridge or coffee maker. Again, not a problem for us since we usually don't need those amenities anyway. If you are driving your own vehicle, there is no self parking, only valet service and of course a separate daily charge for parking. For our visit, once we unloaded our car we didn't need it for three days, so valet service not an issue other than the added expense. Compared to other parking options in the area (or lack of), the valet convenience was the best choice for us, and simply the price to be paid for driving our own car into the city.

The hotel location is excellent. Walking distance to Freedom Trail, Boston Tea Party, Marketplace, etc. Numerous restaurants nearby to choose from. Hotel is historic and been nicely remodeled to meet current standards. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Mentioned it was our anniversary and they provided complimentary champagne and chocolate strawberries.

Depending on room location, traffic noise can be an issue. Hotel does not have a pool if that is something needed. Friends mentioned broken mirror and peeling wall paper in their room.

Everyone was super friendly. Valet handled parking my car, I had the option of unlimited in/out parking privileges, but it wasn't necessary. The location was near everything we wanted to do during our short stay. David, at concierge, was knowledgeable and friendly, and went above and beyond to guide us where we wanted to go. Even with the construction going on on the upper floors, we didn't hear any of the work being done. The hotel has a vast history that added appeal and excitement to the stay.

The heater in the room was a little noisier than necessary, but tolerable.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome. The location is ideal, as it’s right on the Freedom Trail. The hotel itself is cozy, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a great stay (including free bottled waters, which are a must in summer)! Not only is the hotel close to the major attractions, but it’s a piece of history itself - we were told a number of famous writers had stayed there and that JFK proposed to Jackie at their restaurant! Boston is an incredible city rich in history, and staying at the Boston Omni Parker truly elevated our experience.

Everything was excellent. I have no complaints.

Thank Goodness for the business center. We had to print our tickets and no one at the hotel could print due to services being down. The business center printers worked! We never ate at Parkers because it was only open for breakfast and lunch and we would leave early on our travel adventures and return late and they were closed. We did et at The Last Hurrah and the food was good but WAY overpriced! 14,00 for a tiny basket of pretzel bits and a thimble of cheese was ridiculous but it was good and we ordered it twice. LOL The hotel location is PERFECT! Bean Town Pub next door to drink a cold Samuel Adams while looking across the street at the cold and dead Samuel Adams grave, Close to Fanueil Hall and Quincy Market, Walgreens down the street, Boston Commons across the street... Really a great location. We were in a deluxe room with two double beds and it was tight for two of us and suit cases. The rooms are small as is the bath but really you are not there to sit in the room so we did not care. They room was nice and comfortable and the linens were comfy. I just wanted a bigger television. Shower pressure was the best I have ever had at a hotel and plenty of hot water. We were on the 12th floor and had a lovely view over the church next door and the bridge in the distance. The staff was excellent and the doormen, security and servers/bartenders were all friendly and helpful.

Resort fee charged daily seemed silly since there is no resort, no pool, no room service accessible and credit card machines did not work. Everything had to be charged to the room. It was a little annoying when I had cash and could have tipped cash as well. Walls are thin so loud angry screaming man in the room next to you might be a problem. Just ask security to have a talk with them. I feared for his family's lives! Literally.

Extremely comfortable room and very nice bathrooms and bathroom products. Very pleased the hotel was able to arrange adjoining rooms. That made a hugely positive impact to our stay with our blended family. Absolutely perfect location and central to everything. Value for money at this historic hotel.

Assistance to get our bags in and out from the side entrance. A ramp or lift would have been helpful. Nut free Boston Cream Pie would have been lovely as someone in our party has a nut allergy. Otherwise. a friendly and popular historic hotel and a very comfortable stay.

The gentleman who checked us in was very personable and polite. We love the warm historic feel of the lobby and enjoyed the boston cream pie

I would not say that I didn't like this but I didn't know that when check out time came all I had to do was put my room keys in the wood box and I would be all set. When I came down to check out in the morning there were long lines of people and I started to panic because I was nervous I wouldn't be able to check out in a timely manner. Thankfully, there was a man helping people that I overheard telling other guests about the checkout box.

I recently stayed at this beautifully historic hotel in a great location, with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean.

I was a bit disappointed with the overall experience given the price. The rooms were quite small and lacked a refrigerator, which was inconvenient. For the rate charged, I expected a bit more in terms of space and amenities. Overall, it’s a charming place with excellent service, but the cost doesn’t feel justified considering the limited room features.

Perfect location! The best oart of this hotel experience was Juliet ( reservation specialist) She went above and beyond , and she made sure our girls' trip ( bucket list) was absolutely PERFECT! what an asset! The history of the hotel was also a favorite, although the rooms are on the smaller side . We 4 gals made it work with zero problems!! I would stay here again on a heartbeat!! Ty Omni Parker house staff ,especially Juliet, happy memories were made!

Everything in downtown Boston is ridiculously expensive! I can only imagine the prices if an event was going on! Fenuil hall ? Eh, the food is overpriced, and there is nothing to brag about. It would be nice if the hotel offered snacks or soda on arrival. Or coffee station in the morning. But the bottled water was nice.
