Clean, updated, great breakfast, free parking, heated pool, fitness center, business center friendly staff

When I checked out the front desk lady Robin was outside smoking a cigarette and couldn’t care less about tending to the front desk . It took her 10 mins to finish smoking and talking outside before she even acknowledged me. She was so comfortable outside I thought she was a guest? Everyone else (staff) was pleasant and accommodating. Robin needs a refresher course in good customer service

Incredible staff, comfortable and clean rooms, and the morning breakfast was full of choices, including fresh fruits! Thank you for a home-away-from-home stay at your hotel!

Good location for Bridgewater and Taunton and freeways to Boston and to the West and South. Cozy and warm. Comfortable bed, good 'blackout blinds', quiet location and hotel. Good facilities except for the bar being closed (lack of staff). The conference room and the lounge areas were comfortable and spacious.

The location was a little far from our intended destination but it was worth the trip. The breakfast was very nice, the food was hot and fresh, and they kept it replenished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a little small but the temperature was perfect, very relaxing. The pool hours were awesome, open very early to very late, very accommodating.

The pool could have been bigger, given the number of rooms, the pool would definitely not accommodate many of the guests. It would have been nice to have a hot tub also.

It was spacious, clean, had continental breakfast, a bar at night, gym area. Bed was comfortable, a pull out sofa was handy and it was quiet at night. And the employees were soooo nice!

The only drawback was the pool temperature. It was too chilly for us this time of year. If it had been hot summer weather, the temp would have worked.

Hotel is much nicer than other hotels we had to stay for the last 4 years in Norton/Mansfield area. Unfortunately we discover it in our last trip for my daughter's college graduation. Room is big, clean and no bad smell. Looks new or recently renovated.

Staff were great. Very friendly and efficient. Great size room. Loved having the kitchen as Bridgewater, Massachusetts is not the best area to find a restaurant for someone with a serious gluten allergy who is a Vegetarian.

Clean with all the amenities! The breakfast was amazing!!! The absolute best. So many options! Loved the homemade waffles!!!

I wished there was better options for gluten free. They had breakfast burritos and all gluten. Maybe have hard boiled eggs as an option. I had to go out and eat

Your staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the great breakfast every morning. Our room was spacious and the kitchen well equipped. We used the workout room every day and thought it was great.

Update your linens! The blanket on our bed needed to be replaced. Our room was either too hot or too cold. We had a difficult time adjusting the temp.
