Enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, breakfast and the room was comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful.

Bed was on the hard side but overall thought it was a nice room and hotel. Would be great if there was a restaurant on site!

This place never disappoints.

Exceptional stay we liked everything from this location in Milford, specially all day coffee/ tea/ hot cocoa. We were staying in holiday inn location Marlboro and switched to here (Milford) because we were dissatisfied with the other location.

Ideal location, very close to the highway. room size was big and clean. Great shower. Free Breakfast and coffee was good. Room also had table, full refrigerator and freezer, microwave and sink.

the bathroom sink area is outside the bathroom and when you turn the light on at night it is very bright for the whole room. One elevator only for the hotel is very slow. the hotel had a paper sign to keep the back door open to parking lot open with a rock rather than badging in and out before 9pm - building should be secure 24/7 to guests only.

The hotel had a lot of nice touches. We stayed for 4 nights to run the Boston Marathon and explore the area. I noticed upon check in there was a big welcome sign in the lobby for marathon runners. The hotel also had start line shuttle options set up for us and even had goody bags made up on race morning. Additionally, I loved that we received stay over housekeeping without having to ask for it; that is almost unheard of anymore. The breakfast was good and we loved the fresh cookies in the evening. Staff were very pleasant.

The only big disappointment was that the hot tub was broken. We were told we could sit in it but not turn on the jets. However, the water was not hot. Too bad, because it looked nice and would have been perfect for stretching our tight muscles after the marathon.

We enjoyed our stay so much we booked two more nights , staff was so kind and helpful, they even were flexible enough to let us check in early. Complimentary coffee all day it was delicious, complimentary breakfast was really great , and the pool and jacuzzi were incredible and lots of fun. Rooms were spacious well stocked and beds were really comfortable, will definitely stay here again soon! 5 stars ⭐️ for sure! Stay here you won’t regret it you get your mo ets worth!

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Loved the jacuzzi.

Unfortunately, the pool was very cold. Seemed like the heater was broken. Staff went right away to check on it when we told them though.

The front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating and the location was perfect! So close to so many things from shopping to food to entertainment like the Southwick Zoo.

The rollaway bed was terrible! The mattress sunk right to the frame so it was like not laying on one at all.

The staff was exceptionally courteous and responsive. The facilities, including the room, were very clean. Breakfast was good, plentiful and questions were addressed in a timely manner. Overall, a great experience!

The staff was very friendly and helpful getting us an early check in. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The sheets and comforter were clean and comfortable. The bed however was not as comfortable as I would have expected for a Holiday inn. It was a spring mattress not as comfortable as I hoped but still ok. Breakfast was also not what I expected for a holiday inn. But to be fair, we didn’t make it to breakfast until around 10 so it could just be that we got what was left from the morning. Mattress and breakfast not so great but if you’re only staying a night it will work.

Liz at the front desk was great! We were traveling from Connecticut for a concert at Gillette and she was able to get us a room for early check in. It was extremely appreciated so we could get settled in our room and get in the gates early. The room was clean and quiet which we loved. Because our stay was so great we booked another room for another concert in August.
