Location was great!! The number one reason was to attendance when I checked in, and when I checked out. their names were, Jen and Shay. this location is extremely fortunate to have two people who are so kind, efficient, friendly, and give top-notch customer service. Those two are the best two people I’ve ever dealt with ever going to a hotel. And when I left the manager, Leticia was there as well and I told her I would definitely write a review if she did not ask because her staff is wonderful and she was very kind as well. 2023. It’s very hard to find good people in these three are outstanding.

The Manager was great and really helped out our situation of our flights being delayed a whole day. She left specific instructions about our stay for one of her staff members when we finally arrived and he didn't follow any of them as a matter of fact he was down right rude. Once the manager got to work she made sure everything was worked out.

I loved the suite! Full fridge, stove, and the front desk supplied the cooking items I needed.

The only issue I had was check in exactly at 3pm. No sooner even if the room was available. And the breakfast was just oatmeal. Thought it would be at least pancakes or waffles.

Staff were friendly. Clean appearance inside and out. Good size room with cooking facility and fridge for longer stays. Quiet room. Clean but not perfect.

Skimpy breakfast. Cereal had run out. Coffee luke warm. Hot water for chocolate packet ok. No hot food. No fruit.

The room was comfortable and the staff very welcoming.

I had spilled some water on the floor and when I went to wipe it up the floor was dirty and my husband walked around in his white socks and you could clearly see the floor was dirty. Clearly you cleaning staf isn't cleaning the floors properly.

Very comfortable and clean! Canton is an excellent location between Ann Arbor & Detroit.

Signage to actually find the hotel from the street... need sign on the street as the physical location is back from and not visible from the street!

Rooms are pretty "dated". A few of the lights in the room didn't work--one broken switch and one w broken bulb

The bathroom and the shower box need to clean the water pipe, due the flood of water

I like the kitchenette in the room. It gave me the opportunity to cook my own food, no matter the time of day.

The mattresses are kind of hard, was stiff when I got up.

The room was decent sized and clean. The bathtub would not seal so it wouldn't hold water. But the kitchen in the room was nice. Nice Italian place to eat right across the street.
