There were a few things that we really liked during our stay! We absolutely loved the view! It was very peaceful and perfect for sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise while drinking coffee! We also really liked the pool area! It was very clean and had floating devices for us to use! We also really like the game room!! We have never been to a place that has a game room! We loved it and enjoyed our stay very much!

There was only two things I didn’t like about my stay. First thing is that nobody came to empty any of our trash cans. When they got full we asked for them to be emptied and was told to just take them outside to the dumpster. The second things is nobody came to get dirty towels and replace them with fresh towels. I did bring some towels from home so we had enough but that’s not the point. Neither of these things were a very good look for them!

Loved this place. An adorable little apartment with fully furnished kitchen and private bedroom. The building has seen some years, but the rooms have been freshened up and are quite comfortable. A great shower with safety rails for us oldsters, and elevator transport to the 3rd floor. The view of the East Grand Traverse Bay is incredible, of course, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it from the large balcony! We purposely came ahead of the Memorial Day opening, so it was very quiet and peaceful! Will be returning for sure!

The beds weren’t as comfortable as I’d have liked, but that’s my only complaint.

Our room was very quiet. Being in the main drag, and pulling up seeing a bunch of windows, we thought it would be really noisy. Seeing that those windows were in the hallway and the room faced the water was a wonderful surprise. Our room was clean, comfortable and larger than a usual suite. It's not one of the newer, fancier hotels in Traverse City but, if you like homey rather than glitzy, this is a great choice.

There were a few minor repairs that could be made in things like switch plate covers but, overall, we were impressed.

I was on the first floor; loved the beach walk out access! Also, loved the main patio area off the living room but also the smaller patio off the main bedroom. Having two full bathrooms was excellent.

Exterior upkeep left something to be desired. The back door leading to the patio was surrounded by cobwebs and large spiders. We had to clear the webs with a broom and kill the spiders so we could actually use the door. It would have been nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit or in the hallway outside the unit.

I wish I had a ground floor room.

The bed was a little to hard. Kids running up and down the hallways. Not alot of pans for cooking with. More utensils like a spatulas. We have stayed other times and had great experience we will continue to stay as long as we are able. We will be coming back up in February 20th through the 23rd for my birthday weekend. Having family over to help me celebrate my birthday.

More than a room, it's a big apartment, separate bedroom, full kitchen. The view was beautiful. Everything you need to relax but feel at home. Hot tub & pool were perfect temperature. The friendly ducks were window peekers, so cute!

Loved it all, but there's some cosmetic touches that could be done, as the building ages. Nothing that interfered with our enjoyment. Could use another outlet for charging devices in bedroom.

Location is close to downtown, staff super friendly, and the apartment was fully stocked which was helpful since forgot a few things. This next part is strange but very helpful! The doors to the bedroom and bathroom closed quietly which was helpful for those who slept in!

The apartment was quite out of date….wallpaper coming off the walls, carpet pretty dirty, comforter did have stains so we didn’t use it, and ants in the kitchen. It could use some updates and better cleaning!

Friendly, helpful staff! The pool and jacuzzi were very clean, actually the whole facility including the beach was above expectations.

Really nothing to not like. My only recommendation would be to keep the game room open (only vending machine with snacks in there) and maybe add a few more games (pinball, video arcade type games). It would be somewhat pricey to stay for a week.

The room was large and comfortable, with a separate kitchen and living room from the bedrrom and bathroom, and the balconies from both rooms loooked right out onto the beach.

Check in time starting at 5:00; I'm a frequent traveller and have stayed at 100's of different properties and can't remember a check in this late anywhere.

The location was perfect! The room was comfortable.

The door hydraulic system on the door did not work at all! Very dangerous. We reported it to front desk staff but felt ignored. Also, the deck, although beautifully located close to the beach, was filthy. This should have been swept down between rentals.
