the location of the hotel is perfect and stunning views.

the staff weren’t as accommodating as one would expect at a hotel like that. There was constant thumping from the room above our room late at night and early in the morning. the breakfast was very mediocre and a more self serve would be better. I understand the Covid protocols but the cereal wasnt even out on display and the variety of hot food is on par with the cheaper motels.

I'm not repeating my review of this accommodation gem of two years ago. The fact that I am a greatly impressed return customer from Germany should be sufficient kudos.

Unfortunately, for personal reasons I had to leave in a hurry a day earlier than I had pre-booked. Even more unfortunate: I could not get reimbursed, because hotel staff pointed me to negotiate with Booking.com – but Booking.com apparently no longer accepts customer calls (it has now hidden any phone contacts from their website), and the claims section on the Web wasn't helpful. Suffices to say that this was not the hotel's responsibility.

Old hotel located right along the Mississippi River. Plenty of parking. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The breakfast room was big and the food was very good. We were in a line to be served and had a good amount of choices. Great area to walk to a restaurant the night we arrived and a great starting place to walk around to see the antebellum homes and historical sites of Natchez.

The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg, so we opted for the stairs. Unfortunately, not everyone has that option. It's an old hotel - it is fine for 1 or 2 nights.

The staff was wonderful---from front desk, check in and check out and of course the breakfast staff---everyone was very nice and appeared to want to make sure they did their part to make your stay an enjoyable one.

It really was not a big negative, it just surprised me that there wasn't soap by the bathroom sink to wash my hands. I used the soap dispenser over the tub--keep in mind, this was a run to the restroom when I first got to the room and before unpacking. Later I had my own soap that I unpacked and had available in the bathroom.

Hotel is nice, but its age shows a great deal, esp in rooms. I feel they need to update a few things like bedding, carpet, among few other things. We liked that it was within walking distance to many of the restaurants and shops. Decorations in the lobby were beautiful.

When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk to check us in. I found a young gentleman cleaning glass in the hall, so he went to try to find her. We waited a few minutes before she arrived. I understand people have to step away, but there should be a sign placed on the counter stating they had to step away, but someone would be with them shortly.

Great stay - right at the water! - and loveliest place to be around sunset. Breathtaking view! Overall a comfortable stay, big room, coffee machine, tv, it’s all there. Breakfast was very good: lots of options and super friendly service! Would be even better with some more fruit in its offering.

I am not a huge fan of carpet in hotel rooms but the rooms were super clean so this was not an issue at all! Breakfast - which was better than in most hotels, especially at this price -I would enjoy even more with some fresh fruit / produce with it.

The breakfast was great however I wish it could have been a little more of it. I understand everyone has to eat but I sure did want seconds. The grits was awesome ! The service was excellent also so thanks to the staff also.

Everything was great and I don’t have a complaints. Keep up the great work and I will surely be booking again. I also will be telling my friends and colleagues about my awesome hometown hospitality that we was given!

The location is the best in Natchez if you want to just walk out to the bluffs to overlook the river! The room was nice and roomy - absolutely no complaints. The breakfast they serve is outstanding and the servers were very nice!

There are two things that could have made it a wee bit better. One is if we had been able to get a room with a full view of the MS river. The second would be if it were less expensive, but it was New Year's Eve and it is perfectly suited for a quick walk to the bluffs to watch them.

The hotel's location at the foot of Main street, was equally placed between Silver Street and Natchez under the Hill and the Saint Mary Basilic at the top of the hill. The room was comfortable and spic and span when I arrived. The breakfast was generous with yogurt, fruit, eggs and sausage, and biscuits and gravy. The serving staff were helpful and courteous.
