New furniture is comfortable and trendy. Roomy place.

We were placed on a floor that was under construction- we could hear hammer and drill in next room… Workers roamed the halls and made us - 2 women - feel unsafe… while the room itself was clean (we were probably the first guests to use the room after current remodeling), the hallway looked like a dump with construction works’ drinks and take out trash, cardboard boxes and refuse everywhere. We complained about noise, staff said it’d stop soon (it was almost 7pm). I felt like we were owed a discount to be housed in the middle of a construction zone!

Great hotel. Love the convenient location & open lobby area for gathering.

I was notified that I could check in early. I receive my key, went into the room & there was still dirty towels in the bathroom. I immediately returned to the check-in counter, where the issue was immediately rectified (received another room & a "gift card" for my trouble. Handled effectively.

The food was absolutely amazing, may be a little over priced. The staff was very friendly. I think the managers name was Carl and he was very friendly when we walked in the room was a great size and very clean. The shower was absolutely amazing. Overall great vibe.

The pillows were horrible. I know that some thing that y’all probably can’t fix but maybe add more since they just go flat and it really gives no support. I was using multiple and woke up with neck pain. I’m only 30 and don’t normally have neck pain.

Great location and very clean and updated.

The shower was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY! The combination of soft water and cleaning products used made it an ice rink! As an older gentleman who has traveled a lot, I felt his was dangerous. I did use the provided small shower mat and also put the extra towel down, it helped. Be cautious!

Great location, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean.

I stayed 5 nights so you would think they would have cleaned the room or freshened up the towels but they didn’t. I had to request towels and ask house cleaning to service my room when I passed them in the hallway.

Good location. The hotel smelled nice and clean. The room was spacious and clean.

The bathroom was “clean” however there were some ants on the floor and the ceiling was stained with something and the wall next to the toilet was discolored.

I liked the location and the staff was very pleasant.

The price and the holds that were put onto my card for a week. I'm use to paying after a checkout but not a 1 night stay hold on my card and then also the total amount charged once I checked out.

It was the little things that elevated the room and hotel. I enjoyed the mini Kureg in the room, The friendly 3am Desk attendant, and the shower was very spacious.

No free breakfast

The staff is always amazing. The Grille and Bar is great (a little pricey for mixed drinks, but the atmosphere is enjoyable). Love the outdoor fireplace.

Only wish that there was a complementary coffee station in the lobby; however, I never had problems getting refill pods for the room.

We have always enjoyed the Bistro. It is nice after traveling to not have to leave g the facility to eat! The staff are always wonderful. Emily was extremely nice and even offered us another room!!

Our tv in the room was broke.
