Location handy. Parking fine. Staff top notch. Room clean. Got a non-smoking room as requested. Great TV and I like the upgrade to Keurig coffee in the rooms. Coffee great also in the dining area. The offerings for breakfast were more than adequate and guest charges for that breakfast were reasonable.

One party disappointed in eggs (rubbery) and bisquets and gravy tasteless. I don't like the $20 charge for "incidentals" that IHG keeps for days to get interest and is loathe to return. I don't like the new kind of ventilation in bathrooms. It never seems to be working. The carpet in room 311 needed replacing. The key card system was problematic at times. I wish the luggage carts had hooks to hang bags.

Everything was great. We especially give the crew on for breakfast an A+++. We so enjoyed yakking with them and they always made us feel special and we hope they felt that way too. The ladies who cleaned our rm and managers were helpful and friendly!

EXCEPTION TO EVERYTHING GREAT: NEED MORE CARTS ESPECIALLY FOR US OLDER FOLKS. IT TOOK US 4 TRIPS TO OUR RM ON THE 3RD FLOOR AND FROM OUR VEHICLE TO LOAD SO WE COULD CK OUT. WE KEPT CKING from early morning and there weren't any all morn! By then it was 9:30ish and we just decided to just carry everything ourselves because we wanted to get started due to the terrible weather forecast all the way to Ohio.

Safe didn’t work in spite of daily request to fix it. Restaurant was closed in the evening. Breakfast supposed to be until 09.30 but scrambled egg etc ran out at 09.15. But good choice of food

Self serve breakfast layout very nice. Food hot, good selection. Attendant on hand and helpful. Coffee better than average. Cleanliness of public areas and room very good. Beds very comfortable. Room quiet and spacious. Shower and amenities above average. Appreciated room key security for elevator.

Hotel visible from main road but kind of hard to get to with the frontage road configuration and confusing island businesses bad traffic and parking lot planning. Fault of city.

Great place to stop for an overnight (or longer). Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was clean and space as advertised, WiFi great, and location was easy access to the interstate and some good restaurants. Coffee, fridge, and microwave in the room.

I often wish for a coffee option that includes a stronger coffee. Small detail but am happy when I find it. But the Keurig in the room is a really nice touch - FAR better than the normal small coffee pot in many hotels.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were above and beyond to meet our needs. Tyra, the young lady at the breakfast bar was a ray of sunshine each morning. She was always so pleasant and had the brightest, sweetest smile even at 6:30 in the morning.. I can't even say enough about her, she was the best!! Janice, at the front desk was also very helpful. From our talks on the phone to our face to face communication she was very polite and helpful. Always smiling. Even the housekeeping personnel were helpful and polite.. The whole staff seem to enjoy their jobs and were always willing to do whatever to make our stay the best!!

I really thought there was a Resturant on site, but as it turned out it wasn't. We just brought in food and eat in the breakfast area, which was just fine..

Property is conveniently located near the highway. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean but most importantly, there was no mold or mildew!!!

The tile in the bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. Grout is very dirty.

Breakfast was excellent with friendly staff.

I requested to change my checkout date before we checked in thru Booking.com. I didn't get a response before we checked in so I asked at check in and was told it was not a problem but would have to get refund from booking.com and the the hotel would reimburse them. When we checked out we were told again that it was not a problem ,but still have not got a response from booking.com or the hotel, both want to say it is the others responsibility.

we were immediately welcomed to the hotel by Prent. advice about where to eat dinner was given. we decided to walk to the Mexican restaurant right next door, the meal was delicious and wayyy too much food.
