Very near a grocery store, gas station and restaurant we went to. We were booked for a second floor, but desk gave us an open ground floor unit which we appreciated. Quieter than we expected on a weekend with many children in residence. Unit clean, great bed and pillows. Breakfast above average. Coffee very good. Like that the dining, lobby and pool in a separate building. Nice staff.

Just a little hard to navigate to back off the interstate in the rain and dark, but quite easy to get back on interstate in the morning.

Booked this hotel thru booking.com and they said my payment didn’t go thru even though I showed the front desk lady my receipt saying it was, but I had been driving all day and just wanted to go to bed and gave her my bank card, cause she said it would not charge my other one. Well it did and the hotel got 2 payments from me and I have tried to fight to get my money back for one of the cards, but they keep denying me.

For being an old style motor lodge it was obvious that care has been taken to update. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Location was right off the highway. Room was clean. Parking lot was well lit.

The pillows are way too soft and lumpy. The top sheet was dirty as was one of the pillowcases. We did not ask for new sheets or pillowcases as we had some of our own with us.

The room was spacious and comfortable as was the bed. The breakfast was good and everything that was supposed to be hot...was. The front desk person when I checked in was very friendly.

The pet fee being $30 per day per pet. Because their website (as well as Booking.com) stated between $20 & $22 per day, that's what I was charged. The outside area was unkempt with some trash. No pet waste bags or containers were there; although some people don't use them anyway. Also, due to it being an.older place, no elevator was available.

I couldn't wait to write a review!! This place was exceptional. I definitely recommend this location. We stayed 2 nights. Both nights were great! Front desk check in attendant was amazing! Front desk check out attendant was amazing! Parking was great. Location was safe and quite. Breakfast was awesome! Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice housekeeping service ladies. Clean clean clean. And last but definitely not least. Trina Brown the manager was PHENOMENAL! She cares. And caring matters!! When a person cares about their team and care about their guest. It's a win win! And it was obvious this place is ran well by her!! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks Best Western Vicksburg for making our trip a great one!!

Everything was wonderful!

Typical motel with some pluses. We were traveling through the area and had been on the road for a while. There was a nice big parking lot and a washer and dryer on site so we were able to get some laundry done. The staff were so nice - especially the woman at the front desk. They also provided a big, hot breakfast.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

When I booked the Room online about a week or so inadvance. I asked for down stairs.Reason being is that I have knees problems. It's hard and hurt walking up and down the stairs everyday. Next time I pray that my request be granted because of my health issue.

The mattress was not comfortable; stiff. Air conditioner was not able to cool to 66 overnight; was adequate though. Could benefit from a night light in the bathroom

nothing! loved my experience!! the staff was very helpful and didn’t rush us checking in. they genuinely cared, asking how the room was and even talking to us about our travel from Kansas! love love Best Western!!! I have nothing but GREAT things to say about them!!
