First impressions as we walked in, very clean & smelled fresh. Staff were accommodating & friendly. Check in went fast. No issues with room cards during our stay. The room was very clean and fresh too. The bed was extremely comfortable. 5 stars on the bed!!!!! We would stay here again just for the bed. Check out was just as easy. Great restaurants in the area very close for alternative breakfast. We didn’t use the pool.

1)We tried the breakfast but the biscuits were undercooked, sausage was bland. We nicknamed the breakfast “bunker food”. I think that sums up breakfast pretty well. We tossed it and went to McDonalds around the corner. Huge improvement. 2) toilet is very short. Lol Aim well my friend.

Very nice, clean, quick check-in. I have been at three comfort inns in the last two weeks. I really liked that the beds at this one were lower than the other two comfort inns. The hotels in Louisville, Kentucky and Belleville Ill were also nice, but the beds were so high off the floor that I struggled to get in them,

The only issue I had was that I forgot one of my handouts, so I went to the "business center" to print off a copy to take to my presentation, I could not get into my email. Every time I tried the person who used the computer before me their email would show up. Even though the screen showed my email as being there I could not access it. I asked for help at the front desk and the associate told me he did not know enough about computers to help. He suggested I use the other computer and reboot the one I was on. I closed the computer I was on but could not get it to restart and the associate had no idea how to turn the computers on. This was a disappointment and I was not able to get a copy of the handout I had hoped to get.

The hot tub and pool were nice. Pool was a little too cold for me but once you get use to it, it was great. The room was good. Had a small microwave and a decent fridge with a small freezer section. The washer and dryer are free which works for washing basketball uniforms everyday. They have free coffee all day as well. The location is really great. Walmart directly across the street. Target less than 5 mins away. Plenty of food choices. Ihop is literally in the parking lot. Andy's Fozen Custard right on the corner.

The breakfast/lounge area is a little small for big groups. It made it crowded to checkin and hard to find a seat for breakfast.

Room was nice and neat. Wal-Mart and restaurants right next door.

Worker who stood and stared at everyone getting their breakfast, didn’t like being watched so closely. Also, the hot tub had a sign that it wasn’t working, then found out it was just the jets, would have liked to actually have been able to use it. Swimming pool was so cloudy, not sure it was healthy to be in. Swimming pool also didn’t open until 10, my kids had to wait two hours after breakfast before they could swim, that was ridiculous.

The location was great! Within walking distance of several restaurants (2 right next door) and a 15 minute drive to Bass Pro Shops Wonders of Wildlife Museum. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and a good size. We really enjoyed our stay and will book here again if in the area.

It is an older hotel that has been updated but there wasn't really anything I didn't like about it.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was clean. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was descent, pool and hot tub were nice. Guy at the front desk was super helpful.

The only negative I would say was the height of the bathroom vanity. I had to tiptoe to reach the sink to spit while brushing my teeth as an adult, not sure how kids could use it. And the laundry facility was super old and slow, lots of us backed up trying to use the only one they had.

Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Only 2 large towels in our room Typically a women needs one for her hair and one for her body. There were 2 people in our room so one of us had to share a towel. The breakfast was very unorganized and not filled with food or paper products at 8:00am and serving started at 7 am. Need work on organization and prep. Food was good just not much of it.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and nice. Room was a reasonable price as clean so that was great!

Breakfast biscuits were very hard that you couldn’t eat them.

Easy access off highway, close to businesses and restaurants. Clean, always a good breakfast with a lot of choices and nice breakfast staff. Front desk staff is helpful. When we checked in there was no luggage cart by the front door but the gentleman at the desk went to other floors to locate one and bring it down to us.

There was nothing we did not like.

Property seemed clean and well kept. We had a very long trip getting there and arrived at almost 1am and there were no issues checking in and our room was still held for us.

Not sure if it was just something going on at the time or if it was a normal occurrence, but the entire inside of the building (other than our room) smelled of burnt hair. Also, the TV in our room had many complications. Not huge issues, just minor details we noticed.
