Staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. Bed was comfortable and overall the room was clean and enjoyable to be in. Great lake views of Hebgen Lake.

Location is a bit out of town. We stayed here for our trip to YNP and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the park from this location. While there is 1 eating place directly across the street, it is closed on Mon and Tues, and the rest of your eating places are back in West Yellowstone, again about a 15 minute drive. Shower was not the greatest, Pressure was low and would cause a high pitched noise due to the low pressure. Only seating was either at kitchen table or on an oversized futon, so not very comfortable. With that said, are you really staying here to be in the room? So this wasnt a huge deal since we mainly were here to sleep.

Breakfast was fine; location on the 2nd floor offered a great view of the lake. There was considerable privacy w front facing balcony and view of the lake. Staff was friendly and attentive (but they weren't always in the office when I went downstairs). I especially liked being 20 from town; quiet, no crowds and lovely view of Lake Hebgen (Check out the earthquake history in the area - very interesting! )

At first, I was disappointed that some breakfast condiment items I prefer were not available. Staff was very attentive and addressed my requests right away. Word of caution for those w disabilities, there in no elevator and navigating stairs can be challenging.

We (two of us) had a very comfortable stay here. We’d read some reviews about the mosquitos but I think temperatures had dropped by the time we visited and they weren’t really an issue - we didn’t even turn the zapper on. Our room/suite was very spacious which we appreciated. The kitchen was also fully stocked which helped a lot in preparing meals at home. I wouldnt expect a 5 star resort type of stay, but everything was clean, all the appliances worked, the staff were friendly, and the place was quiet so we got a good night’s sleep. Great lake view too!

Distance from the Yellowstone park entrance was the main trade off here (vs staying in West Yellowstone) but you already know that.

Check in was quick and front desk clerk was friendly suggesting options for dining. The room was quiet and in the evening we sat on the front porch area looking at the lake across the street. While there were only a couple of dining options close, West Yellowstone was not far away. There was a full kitchen if we had brought food, but we were only staying the one night. There were breakfast offerings in the morning.

To me, the view outweighed what the suites may have lacked.

Location was wonderful with such a beautiful view of the lake. Easy drive, easy to find. There is a large nice, covered deck for each room with ample seating. The breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. It could use a couple more tables and chairs in dining area. Some people had to stand. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with everything. Really enjoyed the little nightlight in the middle of the mirror. The two beds in the bedroom were comfortable.

We got there 50 minutes before check in and the office was closed. Had to call him and wait till he was available to let us in. But the check in happened quickly and check out was great. The kitchen was sparsely stocked. No extra blankets in bedroom. Couch was an uncomfortable sofa sleeper.

Absolutely perfect place to take family! My husband and I loved this place. The hosts are very special, hardworking, friendly and treat their guests like family. Everything about the place and location is perfect. The rooms are extra-large and clean. Breakfast is included, our nieces loved the various breakfast selections. The lake view is spectacular, we enjoyed watching fishermen and water skiers before and after touring Yellowstone National Park. You can rent a boat, enjoy the lake like a local. This reservation turned out to be a special highlight of our Yellowstone vacation. We took my brother, sister-in-law and their 3 daughters who live in New Jersey. My sister-in-law had never visited a National Federal Park before. It was an extra special time and vacation for our family. We can't wait for a return stay. Nothing negative to say about Lake View Suites. It's an amazing place to stay where you're treated like family if you treat others as you have them treat you.

We arrived after 10p because we had bad weather in Yellowstone. They had everything ready for our stay. It was very easy to check in. When we entered the room we were greeted by LED mood lighting and everyone in my family let out a whoa this place is so cool. The suite was spacious and fit our 5 person family with lots of spots to relax after a day of adventuring in Yellowstone NP. We had privacy even when eating on the porch which was also a walkway between suites. The view from the suite is a beautiful lake and snow capped mountains. The breakfast had a lot of options and was the best included breakfast of any we had on our trip. The staff are friendly and made us feel welcome. We had strong 5G mobile reception with fast internet speeds

Excellent communication via message service on the booking app. A noisy fridge was removed and replaced with a new one within moments and they restocked our belongings perfectly while we were out for the day. Very accommodating to our requests for a quiet room as we needed sleep after many days of driving. You can’t go wrong here very impressed. So polite also.

Location was fantastic. Great view of Hebgen Lake. Away from the touristy town but close enough to access service that we may have needed (grocery store, restaurants, etc) The staff were super friendly!

The room was comfortable, but oddly decorated. Sort of like a lot of great yard sale finds. Definitely not a show stopper, just odd. The room had an electric fireplace that made it cozy.

Incredible view of the lake! We liked that it was set up like a little apartment too, a couch, table, kitchen area and then a bedroom with 2 beds. Great for families, so the parents don’t need to go to bed the same time their kids do 😊

The breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy, but it was enough to fill the belly. I wish they had flavored creamers for the coffee and an egg option other than hard boiled. But overall, it was good.
