Had our money refunded, moving across the country with cats (military move) online says pet friendly (changed their policy last month no longer excepting cats) . Front desk was very helpful and tried to get an exception for us.

We didn’t stay obviously however the lobby had the worst smell that I can’t even describe. Also, this place had breakfast option except for the day we were supposed to stay due to working on the water systems (no water from 9am-5pm.. felt sorry for those that stayed there. Location not the greatest looked super sketchy.

Staff was very friendly. Not in the greatest neighborhood, but felt safe with fencing around property, secure access.

Booking.com website has almost every room listed with a balcony. There are only two rooms per floor, suites, that have a balcony. Not the fault of the property. I was unable to reach booking.com, but the wonderful woman at the desk did upgrade us. Shower could be warmer.

Location good once we figured out how to get to the hotel among the maze of one way streets

Breakfast was mediocre. Minimal choices, only one potato option, "breakfast potatoes" that was not very attractive. Need fries and/or hash browns as well. Charging for this breakfast, free at much less expensive hotels, is overkill.

Everything and the young lady Jasmine was wonderful, very professional and accommodating me. In every way she could just to make sure that I was comfortable.

I had requested ground floor ahead of time and they flat out didn't grant my request and the fact there was no swimming pool

Usual standard breakfast was well prepared. Dining & bar service were excellent. Room was clean; the bed was very comfortable.

The pillows could have been thicker

The bed and pillows were great ! They also got shampoo dispensers.

They got no pool, and the housekeeper didn't pass by to see if we need anything. They just knock the door to ask what time we leave. The tv was great the got the option to set up you Netflix account but there is not too much option to stream like HBO max or Disney plus . I can hear the kids next to my door 🚪 it was awful.

The property was located off the interstate—good and bad. Close for traveling however not close for activities. BUT—-the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about anything. I would definitely stay here again without any hesitation.

The location was the only issue-but the price reflects that. It is a quick drive to everything you need or want.

The staff was incredibly helpful at all times. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean. Not too many people were staying there, but covid still affects travel. It was a quiet area with close access to the interstate. The hotel was very quiet, and the staff made good restaurant recommendations. The hotel did not offer a free breakfast; however it did serve breakfast.

A continental breakfast would have been nice.

Great standard hotel, comfortable beds and big free parking lot in front of the building. Downtown is 10min by car!
