That we had a pull out couch 🛋️ my child wanted to sleep alone so that was good. The setting is pretty to and of course I am the mother that loves mirrors and the shower 🚿 I love how it's separate Everything works Make sure to ask for extra towels and rags when housekeeping leaves you will have to wait til the morning 🌞 Breakfast ends at 10am Check out is 12pm and if ud like a linger stay press 0 and let them know

I may have read it wrong but the pool was supposed to be inside 😔 I did love the gym and wish they make a part for littles kids to enjoy as well

The room was beautiful, and the bed was very very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, but the has browns were exceptional. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't like that the buildings with the rooms were not attached to the main lobby, We found it strange that we had to go outside to get to the main lobby for breakfast in the morning? It was just a short walk but if it was really cold you definitely wanted to go to breakfast dressed and not in your PJ's. LOL

Late arrival, staff was prompt with check in. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was great! Lately a lot of places have been sparce with breakfast selection. This property had lots of options including fresh fruit, pastries, waffles, hot foot. Also overnight oats and other options for vegans!

Front door buzzer was broken and sign to knock on the door was a very small post it note. Please use a bigger sign when needed.

Exceptionally friendly staff; they gave us 2 complimentary bottles of water when we first arrived! Good size room; we were able sleep 5 of us, with only my wife and I sharing a bed (my one son used a blowup mattress, and there was plenty of room for it). Gym was roomy, and had free weights in 5 pound increments from 10 to 50 pounds (other than no 40 pound dumbbells); multiple pieces of cardio equipment, and sufficient space for me to do a HIIT workout (each of the 2 buildings with rooms featured its own gym). Complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious; the staff were very welcoming and kept the food coming! The ham was delightfully peppery and perfectly seasoned, eggs and breakfast potatoes were top notch, and the oatmeal was warm and satisfying with a prime selection of my favorite mix ins (brown sugar and cranberries)! To-go cartons were provided for those who needed to eat on the run. There was a vast selection of breakfast options that I didn’t even have enough room in my stomach to sample (muffins, yogurt, French toast, waffles with dessert-style toppings, etc).

Mildly odd location, sort of in a business park. First Homewood Suites I have stayed in that had 3 separate buildings; not a major negative, but might have been worse if it was raining (there was 1 Lobby Building that included the dining area and a pool, and then 2 buildings with the rooms and gyms). Room decor somewhat dated.

Check in was quick, staff were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The use of the texting service was great and when we needed something for the room, they were responsive and friendly. Though under construction, the access to our room was not hindered and there was no noise. We will definitely go back! Thank you for making our first trip to Syracuse, a success!

Everything was amazing!

The property was exceptionally nice. Spacious, clean, quiet (for the most part), and comfortable.

It was unfortunate that the main building was attached to the rest of the building so you don’t have Togo out in the rain or snow to get the dinning hall. Also would be nice to have a turkey sausage option for breakfast as everyone doesn’t like/eat pork sausage.

The suite was spacious and we liked that there were two bathrooms and the bedrooms could be separated. We enjoyed the pool, kids basketball court and the breakfast was excellent.

There was EV charging spots but we couldn't charge our rental car because it required an app that wasn't available for non-Americans. The tap was leaking in one of the bathrooms.

Incredible staff. Free breakfast was very good. Free parking which can be parked near your hotel room for your convenience. Lovely pool. Located near nice scenic areas to visit. Also has a gym, laundry room, and convenience store for snacks.

The pillows and sheets were a little dirty and unclean. The dishes were also kind of old and rusted but I guess that’s expected. Wish there were floaties for non-swimmers.

Pool was closed and wasn’t told until I got to the property even though I booked the place just for the outdoor pool. And yes I did call ahead but apparently I was connected with a corporate line. And no soap but that was easily fixed.

We were staying in Syracuse one night on our way to Niagara falls. We wanted to take in a Syracuse Mets game while we were there. The hotel was a short drive from NBT bank stadium. The staff was great and friendly, the breakfast was not fancy but had plenty of choices to give your day a good start. The bed was super comfortable and the room had a lot of space and was laid out well.

Everything was great!!
