We traveled for 12 days and stayed in Hampton's all but one night. We really enjoyed the consistency of the facilities from one location to another. Like being home each night. The one night we stayed at a competitor was really a downer. Went back to Hampton next night and liked the consistency of accomodations.

Some of the breakfast items were not great ie. Oatmeal was bad in some locations.

The room was clean and comfortable with expected furnishings and amenities; typical of standard Hampton Inn rooms. Staff was friendly, and we were granted an early check in upon calling the hotel that morning.

The location was in a somewhat "run down" area, but we did not feel unsafe at any time (note we did park in the front lot though, which seemed more safe/secure). The air conditioning wasn't working in our room; we set the wall thermostat but the room did not cool down to the selected temperature. We did not contact the front desk about this though, since we were out most of the day/evening and only in the room to sleep. Also, the price seemed rather high based on the location.

We had a very nice and pleasant experience. The staff is excellent. The spectacular pool.

The only thing I didn't like was that the fridge in the room was damaged and it took them a long time to change it and the snacks and food that we kept in the fridge were damaged and they did not return the food to me. And the supervisor treated me very badly

Engaging, helpful staff that was family friendly and showed refreshing hospitality. Pool was great diversion for the kids, breakfast was hot and fresh.

Elevator car 2 made some concerning noises on the way up to the fourth floor, but the front desk said a company was coming to fix it and it was safe to use.

The location near family members, clean and comfortable bed in the room.

I was told breakfast is from 6am to 10am, when my husband and I arrived to breakfast the next day a little after 9:30am there was no more potatoes and the workers there were saying that’s all their is and no one’s making more. My husband was really upset with their laziness.

The size of the room and room arrangement. Love tall mirror . I need to see my entire body . Usually hotels have chest half way mirror . The stuffs are very nice but I was expecting cleaning every morning that all hotels does . However the didn’t clean the room every morning except for u requested that I found out later . Other than that great to stay . Free bunch breakfast is so delicious too . We will visit/ book again next trip .

That location is good, Target just 3minute driving.

OMG! swimming pool need water changing. It was too dirty. People hair was floating in the water, and there were bubbles, but strange white bubbles were floating around. And it looked like a runny nose. Just thinking about it makes me Disgusting.

The staff was amazing!!!!

asked for joint rooms with Booking.com but obviously they don’t relay message to the property so we had to split up and stay in two different rooms! was not happy about that

Great location. Was in the middle of shopping and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to satisfy your needs. Staff greets you with care.

Understanding with the snow. But felt the parking lot was not clean up from snow, which made the parking was minimal. The room could use some TLC. Lots of water damage in bathroom.. and damage to the TV stand. There was no maintenance on duty.. Felt the snow removal should of been taken care of.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The third party booking agency charged my credit card when when it was just supposed to be an incidental hold. The front desk staff was patient and friendly and helped us figure out what had happened so we were not double charged. We were on a college visits and she spent some time talking to my son about Rochester and places to go.
