Cherry, the hotel manager was very accommodating. She made sure that we had ample breakfast and additional time earlier to partake in it. Our conference started at 8 and we were leaving by 7:45, she opened her breakfast bar earlier and accommodated my 20 staff members! The breakfast bar met all of the different dietary preferences as well.

That I couldn't stay longer and enjoy the soft bed without my children! Our staff all had an amazing time.

The breakfast was great and the location was amazing. The hotel was very clean inside and outside.

The check in person was not friendly..She was almost like she was reading a script with no expression. Also no eye contact. The interactions we had with the rest of the front desk and staff was very friendly and always smiling . The only reason I gave a 8 is due to not having a fan in the bathroom, that's just a preference for me.

The location was great. Easy on and off the highway but tucked back away from the road. Very quiet. The whole hotel was clean. The pool was great. The room was bigger than I expected. The bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

Nit picking, but the light in the bathroom was not my favorite. Other than that, everything was really great.

Excellent! Display was beautiful! Better than a cruise ship. Food was delicious and plentiful. Large TV was a plus. Enjoyed the Dove product dispenser.

Forgot bath soap. Could have used an antibacterial soap.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The hotel was very clean and updated. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, just wish the pancake machine had been working.

The tub's drainage was extreme slow when taking a shower.

The staff was exceptional. We had a problem traveling and contacted the hotel to advise them of our possibly late arrival. Kimberly was the contact person and she was wonderful. She made sure that the rest of our party was made aware of our travel difficulties. The rest of the staff was great too. Very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

There was absolutely nothing that I can say that was bad about this hotel..

The location was excellent for our needs; The front desk staff was friendly; The hotel was clean/modern; Our room was very nice and clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Every time we attempted to call the front desk the line was busy; the complimentary breakfast wasn't good; Automatically getting housekeeping on a daily basis was not offered, but had to be requested.

The location is in easy distance, fifteen minutes, to my son's house in Cary.

The building is noisey because the doors close very loudly. It's ok after 11 pm to midnight so it's tolerable but my wife has Alzheimer's and goes to bed early.

we had two queen beds the first bed when you come into the room the mattress was damaged it had a droop in the mattress

The breakfast was disgusting. I under stand free but that was just disappointing.
