Very comfortable room and bath, friendly staff members, even for late arrival. Price definitely good value for the quality

The only hesitation I have in giving this location a 10 is because, when I opened the door to my room for the first time, there was a ... funky odor (aka 'not so fresh'), in my pet-friendly accommodation, and my pet, who has a sensitive nose, was nervously sniffing the carpet and trying to search for the other pet who was there beforehand. We travel alot, and I don't see that behavior from her to that extent. Even if the room could not be completely cleaned of odors... (FOLEX is a good product to spot clean and remove pet odors, recommended by a carpet company)... at least some air freshener would help somewhat to give a better first impression upon entering the room.

Clean, convenient, wonderful staff! The breakfast was great! The lady in charge of setting up the breakfast always made sure everything was stocked and the areas kept clean. Will certainly stay again and tell my friends with dogs. If you're visiting the Biltmore Estate, this is the perfect hotel for you, your family and your pup!

Everything was excellent!

The location was great. Easy to find on our way there and easy to get back on the highway on our way out. I only spoke with the breakfast staff but they are friendly and accommodating. Facilities were clean. Elevator was broke but it wasn’t too much of a problem since we didn’t have much to bring in.

Price was reasonable, it was fully clean and comfortable.

The AC cooling was not working properly. Additionally, there were no hangers inside the washroom to hang clothes while showering. Also there was no hangers in the room.

The staff I met were nice and the facilities were immaculate. Clean, comfortable, and functional is what I look for. This property was all of those. And they had a good breakfast.

There wasn't anything for me not to like.

The beds were super comfy and clean, so were the room and common areas. Front desk were pleasant and accomodating.

The area isn’t enclosed thus the premises don’t feel very secure. The breakfast had limited choices: scrambled eggs, toast, muffins, waffles. Only apples on offer for the fruit section despite it being the summer.

Clean and convenient. I enjoyed the breakfast… eggs, and sausage. Bed was fairly comfortable.

There were no towel racks in the bathroom to hang used towels. This was inconvenient, as fresh towel service was only provided upon request. 

Breakfast was very good, room was clean. Heat worked great and got my favorite TV stations. Very happy with stay.

I thought the hotel room was especially nice for the price level. Clean, attractive rooms with lots of cable channels to flip through and it's very close to grocery stores and restaurants if you need to pick up anything. Check in was quick and easy and everyone abided by mask mandates which I appreciate very much. The woman who assisted me at the counter was almost exuberantly nice :) and was helpful even before I had a chance to avail myself as a customer (I really had to pee after the drive and asked to be pointed directly the restrooms. Surely my fellow travelers have experienced similar situations and know it can be awkward to just run into a business and announce such things.) When I returned to check in, she made sure everything was set up correctly, answered all my questions thoroughly about pet policy and such, and because we were the only people checking in at that time, even regaled us with a few anecdotes about our shared love of all things Disney (she recognized the Aristocats on my purse). :) I was very pleased with the room. Beds were comfy with nice quality sheets and other bedding including the little folded strip blanket at the feet which is something I really like, since I like to keep my toes warm without having to cover my entire self. It was easy to keep the room temperature set to what I like, and the bathroom was clean and had nice fixtures. The grounds were pet friendly, with a little designated dog walk area with bags and trash can provided for easy cleanup. It's not a place to exercise your dog, but it does the job for quick potty trips, and not all pet-friendly hotels have them so it's a nice touch, especially at this price point.

I can't think of anything, really. Oh the TV didn't have a guide channel where you could see all of the listings at once, or at least we couldn't find it. I don't know that the hotel has any control over that though. :)

The staff was very friendly, especially Missy at the front desk.

There was a bad smell outside like someone was smoking weed out on the balcony, I could smell it everytime I took my dog outside to walk him.
