This hotel was open in the aftermath of Helene and during our stay was without running water. We bore witness to the unbelievable efforts to restore Asheville. To provide accommodations under those conditions was heroic by the staff of the hotel. Despite the challenges the staff was friendly and the hotel rooms were unbelievably. The housekeeping challenges without water (rooms were permitted one flush per day) must have been daunting. The need for hotel rooms was critical so cannot thank the hotel enough for opening and running under these extreme circumstances.

The staff was so very pleasant and friendly…especially the front desk and the woman in the breakfast area. The young lady (night) answered all of our questions, offered advice of places to dine when asked and just so very nice! The woman in the breakfast room kept everything spotless (continuously cleaning and picking up after everyone), was friendly and never let the food items run low or dry out.

I have absolutely nothing to complain or gripe about. My two day stay was great.

Location was good, next door to a grocery store and across the street from an outlet mall. Parking also good. The check in and out personnel were very courteous.

No regular housekeeping available during a stay- you can request fresh towels but they do not refresh rooms. We did request fresh towels but then they were never brought so we had to ask at the front desk and they gave us some. Fortunately, there was a maid cart nearby and we were able to reload on coffee cups and a needed roll of toilet paper from it.

The location was convenient and quiet

The furniture in our room was not comfortable. The bed was too hard (beyond very firm.) There was only one chair and a desk chair to sit on. The desk chair had no back support (no lock to keep it from reclining too far - had to push it up against the bed to keep from going over backwards) and cut the circulation off in your legs. The upholstered chair was hard and you had to put multiple pillows behind your back to be able to sit upright and have your feet on the floor at the same time.

Great location. Great value. Included breakfast was very nice.

Need better way to accommodate trash, especially with no regular housekeeping service. One styrofoam box from breakfast and the bin is full. Add in coffee cups, water bottles, and routine trash, and trash bins overflowed. We were there for 5 nights and had to bring our own trash out each day.

This is a great property that is conveniently located near the interstate as well as various restaurants and a grocery store. The hotel is a short drive from the downtown area and West Asheville. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We had a slight issue with the shower and it was promptly repaired as soon as it was brought to the manager’s attention. As is the case at most Country Inn and Suites, the hot breakfast was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Asheville!!

There are really no issues with the property.

Breakfast was excellent. It had what we needed. The pool was not open, but there must've been a reason for that. Staff was very friendly, but especially the woman who did the breakfast serving. She was very Attentive to the group making sure nothing ran out!!!

There was no D acceleration lane to enter the hotel. Not sure what that was about, but could lead to an accident.

The staff was excellent. The woman who checked us in (I hate that I can't remember her name) was beyond friendly and inviting. She gave us recommendations and made us feel at home. I normally review places based off of accommodations, etc but her hospitality was enough for me to want to write up this review.

Nothing. It was a great stay with great hospitality. The rooms aren't exactly soundproof, but for the cheap cost that's an easy sacrifice.

Location - close to Biltmore, staff very friendly & accommodating. Nice touch - list of rests close by & time they served, breakfast good. Everyone was pleasant & helpful.

Only comment is that I was looking for Radisson in name & it was properly called “Country Inn” & the sign is not raised high/illuminated .. so drive around the adjoining Outlet mall a couple times. Since streets require uturns - map program was confusing..

I liked having a suite to stretch out in since I was staying for a week. There was a TV in both rooms which was a nice touch. I also appreciated that there was no carpet in th rooms. I loved the comfortable chair in th corner with the footrest. I also liked how the fridge and microwave were enclosed giving the room a nice clean look. I would definitely stay there again.

There wasn't anything I didn't like per se. I think, in general, staff should be warmer in welcoming guests, but maybe the pandemic has ppl wanting to keep their distance. Yet, you can still smile, look directly at guests and welcome them to your hotel and genuinely thank them when they leave. Taking time to look at who you're talking to matters.
