I liked the restaurant. The staff was really GREAT, friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and quiet. The restaurant and food were 100% delicious!

The pillows are HARD!! They were terrible actually. The water pressure in my room was very low. Room service came SUPER early (probably my own fault- I forgot to put the do not disturb sign on the door - but they were knocking at 8:45 am). Also-- it is NOT close to the Biltmore Estate. Though the location is convenient to som eshops and restaurants, I originally booked because it had Biltmore in the name and I thought it would be closer to the Estate- it was a bit of a ways away.

I liked the location, it’s in the heart of shopping center so everything is walkable. I loved the staff, very kind and welcoming. The restaurant downstairs was also nice and affordable— I would recommend them especially if you’re trying to grab a delicious quick bite. I loved having the ability to get room service via my cell phone, while utilizing the chow app! ✨

I felt that it was just a tad bit pricey for the stay. But I believe the location of the hotel is what causes it to go up

Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel felt safe and clean.

While room felt clean, it also felt quite stale at night without AC running. We were as far from the elevator as can be (room 334) but could still hear elevator throughout the night—- couldn’t sleep because room was so hot/stale. Neither my son nor I were impressed with the restaurant. I had just a few bites of their food & he ate half.

Upon checking in we were asked immediately if we wanted move to a king room which we did. Incredible service. On Sunday morning my wife was downstairs and while she was getting coffee for us the bellman was exceptionally kind and gave her a carrier for the coffee. The staff were excellent and very friendly. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.

Breakfast was great! Wait staff friendly and helpful. Downgraded room due to problems with inability to set room temp to a comfortable level--it was either hot or cold, nothing in the comfort zone. I have stayed and many Hiltons, and they all have this problem. Not sure what the solution is. The room was clean, and comfortable otherwise. I will probably stay there again, and will continue to use Hilton hotels elsewhere..

Every one went beyond to make our stay amazing we had a problem with our first room was moved and upgrade to an amazing room. Me and my husband went there for a chance to get away and it was such an amazing stay the staff is exceptional!!!! James the manager and Dana made our stay a great one!!! Thank you!!!

Location is excellent for families. Plenty of restaurants to walk to and shops! Loved this location and would definitely stay here again!

Parking garages are all lower than what we have where we live and we have a truck. However there is plenty of street parking just had to move the truck sometimes later at night or in the morning to be closer to the hotel.

Bar is really nice. Breakfast was great. Location is great! Room also great.

Housekeeping could have done a better job. We were missing a towel since day one, but I think that may have been a mix up in the reservation for the kids. A dirty glass wasn't replaced. Small little things that didn't really affect our stay that much.

The location was great. Convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurants in a quaint setting. Very clean and friendly staff.

Hot tub was not working first day we arrived. Fortunately it was fixed the following day and we were able to enjoy it.

The only complaint I had was they did not give us the correct rooms upon checking in called down to the front desk and spoke with a man who advised we had a pull out couch and king bed and I booked a double queen room. I went down stairs and the lady corrected the issue. But who ever the older man is needs to learn good customer sevice. We book rooms that way for a reason and with what you pay for a room they need to make sure it is right instead of you have a pull out sofa

The hotel was very clean organized and beautiful to stay in no other issues besides initial check in. I would stay again.
