We loved everything about our stay here. It was not only a great value for the price, but they were SO accommodating with our pets. They even asked if we needed dog beds upon arrival!! That's a first and I loved it! We loved how close the lobby was and the bar inside the lobby where we were able to take some drinks back to our room and enjoy :)

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge/bar area and we had food delivered. The location was very dog friendly.

I got nothing... The lid of the toilet was cracked and a few items were loose from the wall in the bathroom. None of these items negatively impacted our stay.

Everything was pleasant from the time I walked in. Ms. Jamie was really sweet, kept a smile on her face! Made sure to give me details of each & everything. The room was clean! The hallways smelled clean! I can’t wait to stay again! I’d give this hotel 20 plus stars if I could. PICK THIS ONE!

I really enjoyed one staff person in particular her name is Jamie, from the time I arrived she greeted me with a smile and gave my whole family the most courteous service ever.

This staff and the cleanliness. Also how everything around is relatively close about 15min away. It’s right near construction but I promise you can’t hear it. Amazing stay at an amazing rate.

I was very pleased with the location and accessibility to the highway. also the the property was very clean at all time. Additionally there was more than enough accessible parking.

There was no complimentary breakfast.

We arrived an hour before check in. The room wasn’t ready. Told us to come back. We did two hours later, an hour after check in time, room still not ready. They gave us a 25% discount, but what we wanted was our room.

The lobby was clean and the staff were very nice. The bar could use a signature drink, but it had some nice local brews and a full availability of liquor. There was a very nice outdoor seating area and the fireplace was indoor/outdoor. The rooms were nicely updated, clean, and nicely appointed. Overall, very nice and would absolutely stay there again next time I'm in Charlotte.

The property was exceptionally well kept. Staff were hospitable and courteous. It is pet friendly and made sure my fur baby felt welcomed as well!
