The staff was excellent the food was great breakfast the parking was well lote

The first day we arrived I reported to the front desk that they had smoked in the room and they didn’t do anything also that night the lamp on the nightstand wasn’t working the TV wasn’t working so I reported the following morning to the front desk and again when I returned from my day out nothing was done so I asked to see if they could change my room since my wife couldn’t sleep well the first night from the cigarette smell and they said ok and that was it

King bed was extremely comfortable. Room was spacious and comfortable, with adequate desk and several chairs. Microwave and fridge worked well. Value was superior for a hotel of this quality compared to other locations in the area, with a reasonable $50 deposit for a 5-day stay. Breakfast quite good. None of the unpleasant smells in the room or noisy HVACs that we've seen in other hotels. Thermostat actually worked. Paid about $75 less here for a five-day stay than we did the week before at a nearby hotel that was severely inferior in quality.

Would've preferred a sink outside the bathroom for food prep. TV couldn't receive live broadcasts of current TV shows and the ROKU feature couldn't be used to stream channels unless we wanted to put in our personal logins, which we didn't. Staff spread the cleaning process over several stages during the day, which was disruptive when we needed the room for virtual meetings. Putting the do-not-disturb sign up helped, but that meant we got no clean towels until we asked at the desk later. Sad to see several cars burglarized in the parking area with windows smashed overnight. Needed better lighting and security outside. Sign for the property also hard to see at night and should have been illuminated. Elevators noisy, may have needed maintenance.

I enjoyed the layout of the room, the size of the bathroom, and the promptness of the housekeeping staff. I loved that there was only a $50 incidental charge for our entire weekend stay and that there was not any surprise fees!

The breakfast could have been a little better but it was included with our stay so it was enjoyable and free. I didn't like that we had to go all the way down to the lobby for extra towels and wash cloths instead of them being able to bring it to the room but it wasn't that bad.

Far enough away from the airport (RDU) that you very rarely hear the planes but close enough to I40 for easy access. Briar Creak and SouthPoint malls, along with my favourite Cracker Barrel (on Aviation) are close by so plenty of choice for dinner. There is a breakfast buffet, which while not giving a massive choice, was plenty for me.

The First day they had no milk for the breakfast cereal so had to have Waffle instead.

Everything was fine. Young lady at the front desk was very nice and fun to chat with, she was great.

The man who initially checked us in was just awful, it was like he wanted to be anywhere else but there. He answered the phone when I called the front desk and he was rude, we did NOT like him at all and he gave a very bad first impression when we first arrived at the hotel.

very clean and spacious room. The American-style breakfast with fresh fruits was a nice refreshment before my morning meeting starts. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

There was some noise from shutting doors but overall, it was okay. And The room had a slightly odd smell, possibly from the carpet, but it was generally acceptable.

The 3rd floor smelled like smoke which was disturbing. Staff was rude

The cleaning staff would knock and immediately let themselves in. Didn’t give us a chance to answer door. Happened twice. Please give the guest a chance to open door. It was literally knock and enter.

The facility, price and atmosphere.

When I checked in, the male desk worker wasn't too friendly. He wasn't welcoming at all. He should give a smile to the guest and be more pleasant. He threw my debit card but later apologized. Customer service is very important. Overall, my stay was great!

The breakfast was good. The water feature was unique in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed.

Would like a better variety of fruit. I.e. apples, grapes. Have two waffle makers in lieu of one
