I love the set up and it was nice.

When we got there to get ready to cook I was looking for this dishes. To find out when we opened the dishwasher and it was crab legs in there and unclean dishes it spelled so bad. When we called it took a couple hours they ran it through and somebody else was to come back up to check it but never did. So we cleaned it to where we couldn’t really smell becuz it still smelled nasty. Then we were able to use it. We picked up all the plastic rose petals that were on the floor before us. It was nasty but somebody needs to follow up on the rooms after being cleaned.

The linens were odor free. The place was spotless. They gave me an end room with lots of windows.

There were air fresheners in the room left by a previous. They were removed when I got there, but upon returning, there was one more which I removed. The place never cleared of the smell. Upon checking out, they told me I could have changed rooms and that they had ozonateer to remove smells, but it was too late. The smell came home in all of my things. It would have been nice to have been able to open a window and let in some fresh air.

The house was really clean and there were enough cooking and eating utensils for the family during the stay. The fake plants also add some color to the house and the beds and the sofa was really confortable.

The water in the shower was not hot enough and there weren't enought quilts for every bed and we had to use towels as our quilts. The vent for the kitchen wasn't working so we had to open the windows when we were cooking.

Excelent acomodation for the price. We were in three adults and the sofa bed was perfect for one adult. We stay for 7 days and the hotel was the perfet choice in RTP area to accomodate us all. Also there is no charge for receive amazon or other packeges.

The lack of a front dest 24/7 is a problem if you want to leave early and come back late at night, prepare your schedule accordly if you want to ask towels change or extra pillows or contact the 24/7 on call service.

We have stayed here twice. First time was when it was brand new. Very clean and it’s got a great room layout. Great for longer stays with kitchen and separate bedrooms. Staying here now you can start to see some wear and tear on things. People haven’t been so kind to the place. Nothing the staff can do about it. Still a great place.

The courtyard offered grilling, outdoor seating and grass area for small kids. The layout of the hotel rooms allows space for a family of 4 if needed. I'm glad I booked & will return.

If they provide more options for vending machines I think that would be helpful. However, other shopping areas and restaurants are in walking distance.

The staff was great! The suite I stayed in was perfectly located. The setup was lovely and the property was secure. I enjoyed my stay at stayAPT Suites. Thank you!

When the upstairs tenants walked it was very loud. I'm sure their movements were normal but the sound was really amplified. Property owners may consider sound dampening or insulation as a possible solution.

Very comfortable and I felt like I was at home. It is set up like a small apartment. You can even wash/dry clothes right there. It was quiet and I felt safe. It's near a Walmart that is in walking distance. The heat and air system was excellent.

Need more better pots/pans and a little deeper cleaning of appliances

The staff were helpful and always pleasant. It was nice to have full kitchen for my extended stay. Room access was from inside the locked courtyard area so felt safe.

The deadbolt lock would not lock. The iron was not clean. It would have been nice to have extra shelving or drawers as an extended stay patron.

Every time am in Raleigh I stay at this location. Feels like my own Apartment. I have stayed there for just a week and also a month. I have recommended it to most of my coworkers (RTP) traveling in for work and they love it Clean - quiet- fast internet 👌🏾 For the price it's a deal

No breakfast but Starbucks is around the corner.
