The customer service I received from the attendant when I checked in was excellent. He was pleasant and understood my concerns regarding the available parking. Since it was late when I checked in there was no close parking to the hotel. The attendant allowed me to park in the back of the hotel and stood at the door to let me in and assure my safety.

Although the room itself was clean I did find hair in the tub which let me to believe it hadn't been cleaned properly.

Employees were friendly, shuttle service to airport was great, room was nice and clean.

Didn’t get my wake up call, found out when I checked out that something was wrong with it. Alarm clock in my room had not been changed to daylight saving time. Door handle inside my room to go out came off in my hand, found screw for it on the carpet. I called to let them know but told them I was good for the night they could fix it tomorrow. These are small details for me. The good was better then the negative… but I wanted to answer your question truthfully.

The air conditioning unit was very loud and clicked to the point where I couldn't sleep with it on and I ended up sleeping poorly anyway because then I was too warm.

Clean and quiet. Easy check in. Free cookies in the evening we got their. And cold lemon water in the lobby!! So good.

The shower had a single nozzell (one of the older types) that was a bit tricky to adjust water temp. But got it eventually and it was fine.

The front desk did what she could to get me a room available early

My AC leaked in my room and had the whole floor wet. I just had to deal with it because maintenance is not available on weekends and my stay was not discounted. Because the customer service other than the mishap of my AC was so great I didn’t make a big deal about the leak.

Staff were excellent - very helpful and accommodating.

When advertising "free airport shuttle" the property should take into account the fact that the majority of flights leave that airport between 5-7 am, thus starting the shuttle earlier would be helpful. There were at least half a dozen guests taking Ubers to the airport at the same time as me so the demand is definitely there.

Did not eat breakfast. Conveniently located by airport.

Wished the hotel's outdoor swimming pool was available for guests to use.

I like the women that clean the rooms, they are very detailed and good at their jobs. Although the front desk staff changes everyone us very polite and helpful

The parking lot was really run down and had holes in the pavement and therefore the curb appeal and outside appearance was not very pleasant. If I would have been riding around looking for a hotel this one would have not been it

The room was very clean. I was also able to check-in late because my flight was delayen.

When I arrived at the hotel I had to wait for a while for someone to come to the desk. I heard snoring coming from the backroom so I kept using the bell on the desk to get his attention. I finally called the hotel using my phone before the person woke up and came to the desk. He obviously woke him up and had very little to say to me except putting the hotel agreement in front of me to sign. In all fairness it was almost 3am but I think that was still unacceptable.
