I think the quality of the eggs on the buffet could be a little bit better. The eggs taste like they were power eggs. Would be nice if you could add a little bacon to the menu. Would have loved to have had a banana at least one day doing my stay.

The only thing that I had trouble with was when it was time to leave there were no luggage racks available to move my luggage from the room. Had to make three trips to get everything into my vehicle. I was told by the front desk staff that someone had probably kept it in their room. Maybe you need to come up with some kind of tracker on the luggage racks to help you locate them.

The breakfast area was very clean. Well stocked and Maintained.The waffles were the best I have ever eaten. Nice eating area. Amelia at the front desk evening shift was very kind, helpful and welcoming even when she had a long line and a phone call she handled with professionalism.

The automatic front door was broken and you had to manually open and close the door. Amelia apologized.just thought i would mention that the shower did have a leak in the corner and the stick on tile was squishy. The shower was amazing though. ROOM 331(I think)

This was a quick getaway after a stressful week. It was away from the main part of town and quiet. We truly enjoyed it. Very clean and the room was spacious. The staff was lovely. The breakfast was good and hot. Having Coffee/Tea 24 hours truly helped to keep me awake while I worked. Great Value if you are traveling. We were there for 2 days and will return again if we are in the area.

I think I could not figure out the thermostat and my room was a little chilly (my own fault for not calling downstairs).

Breakfast was decent…the receptionist when we checked in was very, cheerful and friendly, polite and welcoming after a long drive…. But the opposite of the one in the morning upon checking out,,,, didn’t get a pleasant face and seem to just want to reprimand us because we have a dog …who doesn’t even bark…and no eye contact at all from her

Everything was decent except upon checking out… the one at the desk needs to have a better attitude

It was a good place to stay at.. it was nice comfortable

The breakfast was nasty. I don't know y'all went off the internet but the cable was bad.. couldn't watch TV the whole weekend.. I didn't like the pool being closed.. when you spend your money if you want to get in the pool sometime..

Everything for the most part was wonderful, but the room was perfect and we didn't need to ask for pretty much anything the entire trip

Pool is unused, which is cool I don't really do public pools, but the visual state of the pool is a bit rough and strays gather to drink from that water.

The young lady at the front desk that works evenings has exceptional customer service. She took care of my needs and was very compassionate to my emotions. (Here to clean out my mom's house after her passing)

The shower doors clearly wasn't cleaned properly....there was a message from the previous guest on the door that only steam would show.

Newly renovated. Very clean. Surrounding area is decent but I was only stopping to get some sleep before continuing my drive north. Staff were very nice. Initially booked a room with a King sized bed through a 3rd party booking company. Within minutes after booking, they called me and asked if I'd be ok with a room with 2 queens since the original room wasn't available.

The area around the hotel is ok. There's a closed down hotel that has yet to be torn down.

The staff was nice . The room was laminated. The gym having some free weights .

The hallway smelling like smoke and cat urine. The fact my car got keyed. The breakfast was meh. The manager never getting back to us about watching the security camera. Needing a oh and cardio machine.

After checkout I arrived at my car and there were two shopping bags full of empty beer bottles and bags of fast food trash sitting not even 6 inches from my passenger car door. Throughout the night I would go outside for a smoke and see multiple people walking around that were not smoking which made me return to my room only to be looking out the window to check my car. I was a little paranoid and it took me a while to convince myself to go to sleep and that my car/belongings would be okay.
