We stay here a lot because the property is always clean, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, typically I can get a little upgrade from booking.com, the food in the morning is amazing. I never really have any issues.

The only thing that was concerning is they have some lakes in the entrance when you first come in so it was raining a couple days while we were there so it was a bit slippery but incredibly manageable. Nothing severe at all. And they had somebody cleaning it up all the time as fast as they could. My guess is the next time we go next month it'll probably be fixed already.

The facilities are awesome. I've stayed here before prior to the upgrade and since the upgrade the facility was amazing.

The staff that I met the very first day was very nice. The staff in the subsequent days left a lot to be desired. In fact there was one individual who I asked a question about getting our trash dumped and not needing a full room clean and he told me to ask in the morning and maybe the cleaning staff would actually get off their butts and do something. And those were his words. That kind of conversation with a guest leaves a lot to be desired. The woman running the breakfast each morning was phenomenal. She actually came and cleaned off tables and took people's plates when they were done and was on top of restocking. It was the people at the front desk that were the issue. Again the front desk individual that checked us in was perfect. After that it was concerning.

Sunday morning breakfast.. only one girl working and I felt bad for her there were a lot of people and the food kept running out and people were filling large mugs up with coffee and when someone wanted a cup it was always empty. Should have signs saying please be courteous of other people when filling mugs up. She was such a hard worker but had a hard time with all the people.

Loved the location!! Was so nice to walk in and have a spotless room. All the employees were always nice and helpful.

Indoor pool closed, NO VENDING MACHINES, the few snacks they had for sale at desk limited. The construction was so loud you can not rest. I had just had surgery and was trying to get some rest and it was impossible . With the construction going on the room should not be as expensive as if no construction.

The hotel was located in an excellent location for our family and to enjoy restaurants and to walk and enjoy things

I was disappointed in that due to continuous renovations there was no breakfast at the hotel. Now there were places around the area to have breakfast it would have been nice to have, bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt etc. The only other thing I would have liked was a blanket or bedspread on the bed, I was alittle cold, my husband likes it cooler then me, and a clock in the room.

Property is in a great location, we were travelling for work so initially only booked 2 nights but extended to 5 as it was good location, clean comfortable and friendly. will be staying here again on our next visit.

Everything was closed because they were waiting on permits because of new ownership? Besides that, we only had one roll of toilet paper in the room and one towel for a shower. A little too expensive for the overall status of the hotel. Online said 4 star. I would rate it more or a 3

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy!!

My son got in really late. I left a key for him at the front desk but after waiting for 15 minutes for someone to help him, he ended up calling and waking me up to let him in the room. There was no staff to be found anywhere.

location. quiet and easy to get to

could have been cleaner. in the process of changing to LaQuinta so we drive around lost for a bit before stopping to ask. issues with the tv in room 304. had to unplug it and plug it back in to turn it on each time.

The staff was very friendly

I did not know they were working on the outside of the building at the main entrance they didn't have anything marked on how to get into the building I had to walk around the building twice to find a door I could get into but other than that I had a great time
