My entire family enjoyed the breakfast every day for the four nights we spent there. The food was hot and fresh with a good selection of items. The facility was well maintained, clean and well stocked. The renovations were complete and they looked great. The morning cook was very accommodating, pleasant, and courteous. I really appreciated her service. All of the staff was very warm and friendly.

The elevator squealed, probably can use some WD-40. And our toilet needed to be serviced to stop the continuous running. Minor things that were fixed once reported.

Managers reception and very friendly shuttle driver..didn't get the drivers name but he was quick and friendly.. Tuesday night shuttle at 11pm And of course Mr Steve.

Our toilet...had to hold the handle down during flush and wait in order for it to empty anything not liquid.. Our kitchen sink leaked and was shut off under neath..in order to use it we had to turn water on and off from.useing the valves under the sink.. We reported both issues and were told " we will have them look when you leave, you will probably get a discount for your problem" we didn't get a discount...don't say it if you won't do it.

The staff were just so genuine and helpful nothing was too much trouble. They really appeared to want to assist in every possible, way the weary traveller. The room was very clean and tidy and nicely presented. It had been recently renovated.

It was not the fault of the hotel staff but renovation was taking place in the breakfast are but they did their best to sort out a 'to go' breakfast.

This was my First time staying in a Staybridge Suites and I would have to say WOW. They are definitely put together with a family in mind of needed a little extra space and comfort. If you and your loved ones are in transition of finding a new place and need a place to wait it out this place with Mark all the boxes. You can rest assured that you'll have what you need while earning points for a free nights. I will definitely keep booking with these properties.

The rule was spacious. The night teller was nice. The kitchen was completely furnished with dishes and appliances.. It was very quiet suite

I asked for a room with a roll in shower because I'm disabled. It's said on the website that there was a roll in shower in this suite. When I got to the locationI was told that my room had no roll in shower. I was told that they would ask the daytime manager and see if I could be moved the next day. The next day came around and I was told that none of the suites On this property have a roll in shower. I was highly highly highly disappointed.

it was very clean, had a great breakfast and friendly staff

the pull out couch was not comfortable to sleep on and there were exactly two towels in the room. the room smelled terrible, like body odor or onions.

The location was great. Breakfast was good. The hotel is doing renovations so it was a bit messy.

This place was filled with delightful staff and guests. Everything was clean, comfortable, and nice looking.

The front desk staff April was excellent. Although I was from the area she suggested places to eat and told me about the state fair.

There was garbage in the hallways from the guest rooms. I'm assuming the garbage was placed out there for pick up since the facility has kitchenettes, however it's a eye sore.
