The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable, and the woman who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The hotel is close to the exit off I-95.

Like several other hotel chains we've stayed at recently, this hotel's bathroom featured a short toilet designed for preschoolers - very uncomfortable for adults, and for anyone with back or knee issues difficult to sit or rise from. Also, the shower head was completely stationary, no room for adjustment - and so high on the wall that I couldn't reach it anyway. That's annoying, since it was set to a nice angle for a six-foot person, but not all people are tall. I don't know how much money hotels are saving by buying toddler-size toilets and putting shower heads out of reach but it is costing them BIG in customer satisfaction.

The Desk Clerk was awesome. I got caught in a storm and had to get an emergency overnight stay.

Everyone was extremely nice. From front desk to housekeeping. Even the breakfast was great except for the eggs. I think they were the powdered eggs, which are not so good to me. Great price for a great location. This was my 2nd time staying there.

The bed in the room was way too firm for myself and my boyfriend’s liking. We like medium firm beds. Didn’t rest to well, but that was also due to me having a sinus issue.

Hospitable, helpful every time I stay. My wife broke her spine and the hospitality clerk went out of his way to get us the closest room. Every employee at every position is helpful and friendly. It is like being home.

Location and how nice the staff was.

The pool wasn't avaible to use it was green. Was told they were treating it when we arrived and should be able to use later in the week the water never cleared up. So with our week stay there never had chance to cool off in the 90 dregree heat of the week if we would have know would have canceled booking and got room somewhere esle.

the location was perfect. we came to Smithfield for softball games and the place was less then 10 mins from the hotel.

some of the workers weren’t friendly. they never did bring more towels even after they took ours from the room. we only had 2 towels for 4 people and we didn’t have any wash rags. the pool was dirty and cloudy. and the halls smelled of weed.

Everything was really great. I kept deactivating my room by touching it to the back of my phone. Can’t remember the guy’s name, but he was very helpful with the door key situation. It was in a really good spot also because everything was within walking distance.

The pillows! They were just a little too soft for me and my boyfriend.

So much around there. Nice shopping places. The outlets are there

THE BED!!!!!! Me or my husband could even get in it..It was too high. They should tell you how high it is.
