Pet friendly, rooms are extremely clean and facilities are decently maintained. The location is pretty central to Southern Pines so a lot of food delivery options are available. TV and internet services were both good.

Housekeeping daily, not optional. Not necessarily bad, but be prepared to take your pet out while they clean. During my stay, there were a lot of construction workers who were relatively loud in the evenings - especially on Friday/Saturday. Our room had a very slow draining sink and the beds are well worn spring mattresses.

Clean and comfortable room at a great price. Good location. Superb Indian restaurant next door at the Days Inn.

Staff were not particularly welcoming. Breakfast is very minimal, and the breakfast room can only be accessed by going outside and entering through the office. No tea, just coffee there and in our room. All this is nit-picking : we would definitely stay here again. But bring some tea bags!

Looks like the room has been recently updated. No carpet which is good. Housekeeping comes everyday, brings fresh towels and makes the beds, etc. The outside of the building and grounds look clean and tidy.

The drinks in the drink machine were hot and no diet drinks were available. Also, the last two nights we stayed the people in the room next to us made lots of noise in the middle of the night, banging on doors and yelling.

Oue room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. That is all we needed for an overnight stay after a long drive to attend a funeral. I especially liked the big bathtub with a grab bar for safety. Breakfast was adequate and it was nice to have it available onsite rather than having to hunt for a restaurant in an unfamiliar town.

Breakfast items were minimal. Plus instead of individual cartons if milk. It was a gallon in the refrig. Not sure thats appropriate. You don’t know who used the milk before and they could even be Covid infected orcsny other contagious germ.

Very limited breakfast. Three kinds of cereal. A few sugary small donuts. Plus an open container of batter to make waffles. Unsafe as you don’t know had had washed their hands or carried germs such as open coughing making a waffle.

the breakfast was very poor. coffee in micro cups and no real creamer. and very few choices. probably wont return to this location

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the upgrades of this older property. The polite, accommodating manager.

There was no mention of the property not having an elevator in the description of the hotel.

It was very basic, old, a bit worn but very clean with a small frig and microwave and easy to plug in phones. It had A place to walk our dog. Big counter in bathroom.

The beds were okay, not great. The shower was okay, not great. The heat was not turned on when we entered room.

We did not eat breakfast but it looked good. Possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. It was immaculate!!! Loved the floors. No carpet!!! That made it feel even cleaner!

The blankets were a little scratchy.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and loved that the rooms had flooring instead of carpet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for us.

I found nothing I didn’t like. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet.
