Perfect location. Safe area, friendly housekeepers.

The phone table in my room was sticky. I was given cleaning supplies to clean it. One manager was rude when I asked for clean towels and trash to be taken out. It was noon and she told me all housekeepers were gone, even restating after I just told her I saw a cart in the hallway. I didn’t want to knock on the door she was cleaning, as I didn’t want to startle her. My towels were replaced upon my return. All other staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I very much enjoyed my stay here! It was comfortable, very clean, the TV had an option to put my Netflix account on their, the showers were nice and big! I really enjoyed my stay there. I would definitely like to come back for a stay if given the opportunity again!

Very minor inconvenience, but the window shades still let in a lot of light at the bottom so it didn't get as dark in the room.

The staff was very friendly from check in to the maintenance guy saying hello in the hall to the ones setting up breakfast and check out all were pleasant. I was able to print an email I needed using the computer and printer near the elevators The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful. Located at the interstate exit/ entrance and the rooms are quiet. Fast food places and a bank right out the front door and down the hill (no sidewalk). Publix supermarket also in sight from the hotel across a 6 lane road (you need to drive to it). Breakfast off the lobby was nice (self serve).

Location was great. Property was clean and well-maintained. Staff were friendly. I felt safe and comfortable. The shower gel provided was very nice - I like products that don't have too much scent. This one was just right.

In some cases, it was easy to hear noises from elsewhere in the building -- thumps if someone dropped something, doors closing, etc. Breakfast was a little sparse compared to a similar property I stayed at last month.

mars hill college soccer game - I was disappointed due to the rate difference. we only paid around $200 for both nights & now we are paying almost twice that amount

the HUGE difference in the price. my son is playing soccer at MHU & we would like to establish a hotel that we use for the next 4 years. great hotel, clean, nice staff (besides the breakfast staff. such a big difference in the rate we may have to seek other hotels.

Pool, fitness facilities, newness and location of hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

The design of the king bedroom was not well done. The closet is tiny and nearly filled with an ironing board. The small drawers in the dresser weren’t much better.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Great value for the money. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked great and wasn't loud and annoying like a lot of places. Immaculate shower with glass doors. Perfectly clean and I'd stay here again.

The breakfast was good, too repetitive. Close to stores. The room was nice & quiet. The staff was good @ helping with boarding passes & requests.

More frequent linen changes & tidy up the bed.

Breakfast was awesome and clean, well attended. Design of facility great! Positive was indoor pool!

There was no housekeeping on the week-end, our trash was overflowing by Monday morning(3 people). Otherwise, great experience.

Loved the location, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, gorgeous room, impressive layout and attention to detail, outdoor seating area. And also the 12 noon check out time Very quiet, felt safe

I cannot think of one thing….maybe a later ending time for breakfast, I missed everything except coffee. My fault for sleeping late.
