Nice location next to water, and to watch the sunset from our room or the pool. Breakfast was stocked and adequate, and keurig in the room Pool was decent temp and pretty with the skylights.

would appreciate if a hotel attendant checked the pool every so often. while we were there over 2 hours, men had inappropriate music cranked and were vaping in the hot tub making it so that families felt awkward and could not be in there. I would maybe understand more in the summer, but it was a Tuesday during spring break for families.

I really liked that my check in was confirmed and easy,. Our room was very nice and clean. One of the added perks was the Dove body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Another thing about the tub and shower I really liked was being able to get in and out of the tub . When you have different health issues something like this means a lot. The breakfast was Great had a couple of different hot or cold options to choose from. The pancake maker was awesome. The light fixture in the bathroom didn't work and the phone didn't either they fixed both of them right away. The pool area was nice and clean and the Jacuzzi was EVERYTHING. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The hotel is very close to a McDonald's Taco Bell, other pizza/bars and Walmart , Me my sister and nephew felt safe and enjoyed our stay there. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY THERE AGAIN. HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!

The location was perfect; only a ten minute drive to the dock for a day of Lake Erie walleye fishing! The pleasant surprise was breakfast started before 5:00 A.M. We were able to grab a quick bite and easily make our 5:30 departure. Yay!

I know folks need to make hay when they can but $250 for the night was a bit pricey.

We had realized that the fridge in our room had not been working. When brought to the hotel staffs attention, they were quick to move us to a room with a working fridge. They were so kind about it and moved us with ease.

The breakfast was subpar but not a huge deal for us.

The location was great. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was tasty with multiple choices. We also liked to end the day in the indoor pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Just some more attention to detail. The pool should be drained and the tiles power washed. The repairs to the ductwork or something of that nature should be completed asap or covered up/coned off in the pool area. We travelled for the pool and hot tub so it just caught my attention. Glad you have both just would dig in on the details.

I loved the view of the lake, it was clean and bright inside hotel, pool was cold but hot tub was great floors a bit slippery but not too bad. The breakfast was alright also

Valarie, the front desk receptionist, is the best part of the hotel. She is very knowledgeable about the area and so willing to share her knowledge. Her kindness and helpful attitude made our stay so much better. She was just so pleasant during our stay at your hotel. The other thing that I am grateful for is that I didn't have a problem having to hear other guests through my wall nor did they hear me. I had kids with me and no noise complaints!

I didn't like the fact that my room was not cleaned during my stay. I'm not sure if it is normal business to go 3 or 4 days without housekeeping or if is due to staff shortages but it would have been nice to come back from a day of site seeing to a refreshed room with clean towels, more cups and more hygiene. Instead we had to request the items from the front desk. Also, I indicated that we were traveling with a handicapped family member and needed the rooms to be together. I loved that the rooms were adjoining however it would have been better to have had a handicap accessible room as well.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool and Hot Tub were great!

Was a bit more pricey than what I would usually pay for a hotel for one night getaway. Breakfast only available until 9:30 would be nice if it were available till at least 10am.

Hotel was great! Located two miles away from the Miller Ferry. Valerie at the front desk was AMAZING she helped us switch rooms because our deadbolt lock was not working. Breakfast was good, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and other options. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The shower water pressure was AWESOME. Best pressure I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The pool and hot tub were nice! I would stay again for sure.

There was rust all over the bathroom door hinges and like build up on the shower head.
