Super helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Dvds to check out. Good breakfast selections. Keurig coffee makers in room. Plenty of fluffy towels. Walking distance to downtown and the Prom. CAT friendly, which is hard to find. Was able to charge my mobility scooter in the office when the elevator was out of service.

The elevator broke down for 2 days. Staff helped with packages and offered to move me from 3rd floor to ground floor, but I chose to stay. They provided a partial refund to compensate. I suggest putting a wheelchair ramp on the convention side of the hotel. You have to go around to the front to access a ramp.

The place was centrally located and very clean. Staff was always working on improving something in or around the building. Breakfast was great as well as the fresh cookies and saltwater taffy at the desk. We loved our stay in the off season and will definitely be back. Make sure you get room service daily as it gives the staff more hours as hotels are putting this as an option now. You pay for it so get it and you are helping someone get full time hours instead of just part time. Great staff!

Beds were a bit hard but that was just a personal opinion on my part.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. The room could of been a little cleaner but it was a pet friendly room. There was dirt, dust and sand already in the room. They gave us a pet basket that was appreciated. The firepit at night was great addition and check out time being noon was nice too. The location was the best! You can park and just walk everywhere.

The indoor pool wasn't heated enough for anyone to want to get in it. My kids tried to get in but they said it was freezing. The pet potty area needs to be updated with grass because it was small, had rocks and dirt.

My wife and I enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Inn at Seaside. The check-in was easy, friendly and we received good information about the hotel. Home made cookies were available at the front desk and fruit, tea and coffee were always available in the breakfast room. We had a comfortable king bed, a walk-in shower and a mini-frig and microwave. There is an indoor pool that we did not use. The location was good - a short walk to the Beach Promanade and to the center of downtown. We had take-out dinner from Nonni's restaurant - very good. The room price was reasonable and overall we felt that it was good value. We can recommend the Inn at Seaside.

Front desk staffs are all so friendly, so is housekeeping staff. I love the suite and I love that ours was across the pool. Close to the beach and shopping area. Only problem I had was getting the front stove to work. I couldn’t read the print since it was rubbed off. I eventually tried the back and it worked lol I love the fresh baked cookies! I would recommend and stay there again. Kids keep telling me they loved the room. Thank u!

I couldn’t find anything not to like

Great stay and amenities right by the beach and heart of the action. Everything was within walking distance so we hardly had to take the car out. Beach was three blocks away as well as all the shops and restaurants. Quiet and peaceful overall aside from the seagulls as well as a full and filling breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Overall I can’t say much about what I didn’t like. Some noise from the street at night was annoying but it was a given with the proximity to the beach and downtown as rowdy people revving their engines but it was a one off occurrence and nothing related to the actual stay.

The hotel was very neat and provided various amenities to keep one busy! Free breakfast was delicious and the free dvd rentals was the cherry on top! We brought our furry friends along and as their first time in a different place, they enjoyed it! Great location as well, food, attractions and beach all nearby! Will absolutely book with Inn at Seaside for a future stay.

I don’t think I can think of a single thing I did not appreciate about this hotel! Everything was great!

The location is great. Just a couple blocks from everything. The staff are friendly and attentive. The few issues and questions I had were resolved. I would recommend to family and friends. They have bikes to use, a nice little pool, a cozy bonfire, and easy access to town and beach. Pet friendly and very people friendly too.

The rooms do not have great lighting.The vending machine gave a different drink than shown(strawberry Fanta instead of strawberry watermelon). Nothing that could spoil an otherwise wonderful stay.

Loved how close we were to the beach and the stores. Loved the staff and the room size. Loved how clean it was and love how it's pet friendly!

There was a crack on the floor right by the front door with a warp you can feel it when you walk past it. The heating and cooling unit would not heat it would just cool, so at night we had to unplug it.

The night staff was my favorite experience, they gave extra information about activities or options and were so friendly. Made the welcome feel like we'd be there before. The room was pretty good, we had enough space for 3 kids. And the breakfast room was comfy with lots of morning options.

The cooling/heating was a little hard to get to the bedrooms and being on the bottom floor didn't feel comfortable opening windows at night.
