Desk staff very friendly and professional . It set up a great experience . I was very pleased the with the lobby banner with QR code for accessing local outdoor trails. At that moment I noted that I would seek out this chain when traveling.

Housekeeping, came to the door. Just out of the shower , I peeked my head out, while in my underwear. I said come back in 30 minutes. The woman said no service? Again, I said come back in 30 minutes. She tried to hand me two trash bags, I put up my hand and said again, I want service in 30 minutes. The gentleman convinced her to step away. she came back later with towels . I said I need service, toiletries, and coffee. When returned to my room, the trash had not been emptied, the bed had not been made. I understand that many staff are English language learners, but they need to understand common phrases to be effective. This can be accomplished with cue cards if they cannot manage speaking English.

Room was very clean. Bathroom was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The sink in bathroom drained very slowly. The frig did not cool although we were told there was a dial to adjust. (There was no adjusting dial ). also tv did not work kept cutting out . Office said it was because storms were in the area, which was not acceptable. Luckily my husband had his fire stick with him so we got to watch tv. Would like more choices for breakfast. Fresh fruit besides apples! Bagels toast would be nice instead of sticky danish.

Located just off the highway with a Sheetz up the road along with a shopping center! Check in was smooth and they had a table with menus for delivery options right next to the front desk. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds are very comfortable rooms have a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker. Pool was small and could have been a little warmer but It was nice to have during the winter months not complaining just pointing out it’s small! Morning breakfast consist of oatmeal, cold cereal, make your own waffles, jimmy Jean Dean, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, coffee, juice, and apples. Overall will stay again!

I loved that the room supplied a fridge and other things in my room during my stay. They were very local to shops and restaurants and was convenient for us as it was a short trip away from Hersheys Theme Park.

I wish that they had more close plug sockets to the beside and that they had more breakfast options like chocolate muffins and waffle/crepe toppings etc.

House keeping could do a better job they did not really clean anything can back and still found garbage on dresser and in garbage cans would not stay again for that reason says breakfast included not really when you have to make it yourself could of got better at McDonald's I don't think apples and jimmydeans mircove sandwich is breakfast

There was an extremely nice gentleman in a Ravens hat at the check in desk and he was very friendly and helpful. Every employee we saw greeted us and they were all very friendly. Pool was great and breakfast was carby but good.

Bathroom could have used some attention. Though it looked like it had recently been updated there were some cleanliness and cosmetic issues.

Beautiful room decor. Nice pool area. Breakfast was good, also. Hotel is located next to a highway, but my room was quite enough. Good for the price.

Could have been a bit cleaner, like bathroom mirror was not clean, and shower fixtures needed attention. Toilet would run unless handle jiggled into place.

The staff was very polite especially sashua he made sure we were checked in cause we came in late in the evening for our reservations and was a complete gentleman..we ended up staying another night cause it was so comfortable..they callnit sleep inn for a reason 💯best sleep i had in a long time, i will stay there again

TJ provided the most friendliest of welcomes to all of us and guaranteed we'd choose to stay there for our next trip to Hersheypark! Taryn went above and beyond to help secure a great dinner be delivered by one of her favorite local restaurants! The many choices and make-your-own waffles were amazing & a perfect way to start every day! Thank you Sleep Inn for a great trip to Hersheypark!

The indoor pool ice machine that actually works and the sheets were changed & clean I didn’t have to ask for it to be changed
