Easy to find, beautiful lobby and apartment/hotel room. nearby parking was very affordable. Laundry in the room was huge plus. Couch and bed very comfortable. Nice and tasteful decor. Great for our weekend trip to Philly. Noise level only from street— hotel itself was quiet and I got really good sleep. Very clean and great choice overall for us!
A couple of the towels in the bathroom were stained. They were washed and clean, but noticed some permanent stains. One had a faded brown blood stain and another had some sort of yellow faded stain. First time experiencing that in a hotel. Was a bit surprised since usually those get tossed. Although it’s wasteful to throw towels away, it’s not a great look to have stained ones— especially in such a nice hotel! Bed sheets had a couple hairs. Again, I could tell they were clean and washed for us upon arrival, but small details like that suggest that there should be a little more care put into attention to detail regarding cleanliness.

I only stayed overnight to get to my flight on time, however this is definitely my choice to stay from now on when I have to catch an early flight, The native New Yorker I am, I thought I was in Soho, Tribeca, or Greenwich Village! Lol! I just loved the overnight stay.
Next time I'll make sure there's hot water, the staff was very accommodating but since I was already settled in my room, I declined to switch. That was the only issue, I'm sure I will not have that issue again when I come back.

Amazing. Simply fantastic. I worked in hotels; this staff is how I wanted mine. I am humble enough to admit mine was a bar lower. I want the owners to know, that from the janitor to the, housekeeping, reception and so on; you are treated like royalty. That’s your winner. That’s your success. 20 things could’ve gone wrong, and the people you have there, all the things that could go wrong you wouldn’t care and they would work so hard to fix it. Your foundation to you, the owners success is your team. Treat them well, you start having cracks in the foundation you built, you won’t have the loyalty you do, and you will decline in success. Remember, they put you up to. You sit, comfortably, off on holidays because of them. I hope they are paid well; if not; you must give them a raise. Don’t pull the “we may be going to war, the recession” they deserve it. Without them, without the sheer luck of finding that group, you wouldn’t be as popular. Hotel is stunning, but if I was treated poorly; I would’ve rather have packed up and left. Not stay another night and pray for a cancellation to stay one extra night. An amazing surprise happened with the upgrade and I couldn’t have been so shocked and amazed. I nearly cried when I saw the room. I won’t lie, if I was still in the industry and had my own Hotel, I would take the staff. I wouldn’t bat an eye, and I would make sure they were offered a deal they could’ve refuse. They made this weekend amazing. First trip after a major car accident, see if I could handle traveling. They made it successful. My friend who is a widower ( recently ) losing her to lupus (my friend) was made to feel like his life will get better. So hold onto them. All of them. This is coming from someone who thought she lost it all. Morgan
That I had to leave. I wanted to move in and work there myself. It isn’t far from Jersey, and why not? Call me 😂

I liked that it is: -modern, spacious & stylish -exceptionally clean -historically interesting -located near activities in the city -the bedroom thoughtfully included black-out shades & ear plugs
I didn’t like that: -there is NO on-site parking, so guests with cars are directed to park at a garage 5 blocks away & walk back to the hotel -my electronic door lock malfunctioned so that I was locked out & had to get Maintenance assistance to let me back in (at midnight) -it’s located in an area of questionable safety -the bed was hard, so I did not sleep well

Location is great. Nice apartment with all amenities. Very friendly staff.
Located on a main, noisy street, the windows frame are old and worn out. New well sealed window frames are needed in order to prevent the noise from disturbing the customers.

Great place to stay in Philadelphia. Very nice interiors with lots of space. The 2 bathrooms and the washing machine help if you’re travelling with friends and for many days. The living room is great to relax if you don’t want to go out. Pleasantly surprised by the coffee offering that was a very good quality one. Location wise, it was very noisy, but relatively close to the centre, only a short walk away. Thankfully that didn’t disturb our sleep, as they had provided us with sleep masks and ear plugs.
Only the fact that it was quite noisy area and didn’t feel very safe at night either.

- Impressive lobby with welcoming and helpful staff members!!!! - Super spacious one bedroom apartment. - Very clean!!!! - Great room amenities!!!! - Lots of windows with great views & lighting. - Great, convenient location. Great bang for your buck! Cannot wait to stay again.
- The air couldn't keep up with the heat so that plus a higher level floor was not the best combo. Fans of some sort should be offered in those instances, or maybe fans should be installed. - One of the elevators was getting worked on at the time of our stay. Out of the hotel's control, but it is worth noting. - The specific parking lot that is associated with the hotel was a bit further than expected from the hotel, but they do give you a discount. I think more information on where to park and the process should be more clear in hotel details when booking.

The place was convenient to everything and the aldi next door was handy. Public parking could be better explained but on the weekend we stayed was easy to park around the side streets or out front. The shower water pressure was excellent. The room spacious (had corner suite). Was nervous about food buying service (bought ahead of visit and provided to room) but they chose fruit and products well. The hotel itself has great charm and was a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it.
Mysteriously the hot water cut out on the second morning suddenly and we had no time / interest to resolve. The room wasn’t made up after our first night. Not sure why.

Perfect apartment. After a month in a smallish hotel room in New York, this apartment was a dream. It was spacious with large living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, private bathroom. Included fridge, washing machine, dishwasher etc, and it was spotless and quiet. There is a subway right next to the hotel, which meant that you were in Center City area in less than five minutes. The hotel is also less than a five minute walk from Philadelphia Met, which is why I booked this property.
No faults at all. Eveything was spot on.

Location was perfect for a concert at The Met. We remember the original Devine Lorraine for which the lit sign is still on top of the hotel. Two restaurants on site. The breakfast from the onsite Daily was perfect. The room/apartment was more than perfect. Every staff member we met was so friendly. The large windows were perfect for the city view. The added bonus for the room were the ear plugs/eye mask as we did hear the car horns and rumbling from the Broad Street subway and the morning sun shining thru our window...Perfect. Can't wait to stay their again!
If the restaurants stayed open until midnight.
