We liked the hotel, its cleanliness and breakfast, its location and private parking, but the parking could have been more affordable, they gave us a comfortable room with a very nice view, the staff we met was helpful, we spent quality time with my wife
However, when we went to Assembly Rooftop, we learned that staying at the hotel was not enough, the reservations were separate from the hotel and the reservations were full. I really wanted to see it but it was full all day, we couldn't go in, this disappointed me because I don't live in this city and I was curious. It would have made us happy if there was a special area for hotel residents, one of the reasons we stayed at the hotel was to sit there. Other than that, it was a nice experience, thank you

The location of the hotel was absolutely very good! The breakfast was wonderful with many options for kids and adults The staff was very friendly and helpful The small coffee place was a smart idea to buy drinks and patisserie during the morning before we’re ready to go to breakfast and for people who didn’t payed for breakfast The library was amazing, we loved it
The blanked on the bed was looks very poor with out a proper cover which was not comfortable The beds was so small for 4 people in a one room This is what we were offered by booking Other options was not even expecting in the hotel The reception was offered an upgrade for additional cost We refused to take it

I very much liked my room with a view of Logan Fountain. The staff was gracious, I was seated in my favourite wingback chair at the restaurant which also served excellent food. I appreciated the small store where I could get coffee in the early morning.
My room was not clean when I arrived, it had not been vacuumed. It was immediately corrected, but during my whole stay a thick coat of dust remained in hard to get to places, e.g. under the chest of drawers. The elevators also needed cleaning, the same broken glass remained in the corner of the dirty elevator floor during my entire stay. I also found the price for wine exorbitant - a glass of Pinot Noir should not cost $29.

The bed and the bedding were exceptional, our room had an incredible view. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. We stayed for our anniversary and it was the perfect choice. We were able to walk a short distance to other bars and restaurants and we felt safe. The valet service was extremely prompt and attentive.
Honestly, there wasn't anything that could have been better. We loved the bar in the hotel and that there was a fabulous restaurant in the hotel.

I initially came to the logan because of the Assembly Rooftop Lounge. I think it was a great location even though it was quite crowded. As the night progressed I decided to get a room there too. I ended up getting a king suite because not many rooms were open. I think it was great value. And I appreciated the cleanliness of the suite and I thought the bed was very comfortable. I also loved the bathroom setup. I do plan to come again.
I would like a complimentary breakfast; even a basic one.

The bed was very comfortable. It was lovely to have the nice bath. And it was great that the room got very dark with the curtains etc.
There was no outlet in the bathroom for the hair dryer. There was no place to put my clothes except on the floor. The was no central switch for the lights. The cost of parking was absurd. $70 to park the car when the room was @$200. And a coffee in the coffee bar was $9. Crazy.

We liked everything. Property location is great, walking distance to major museums. It had an indoor pool, outdoor afternoon acoustic music in a courtyard with waterfall, rooftop lounge/bar with DJ and good small bites food, room was quiet, bed was comfortable, shower was great, and valet or self-parking (just around the corner).
Motorcycles racing up and down the streets in late PM and early AM. Something they can not help.

This hotel used to be the Four Seasons and it still has the nice design and construction features expected in a mid 1980's Four Seasons hotel. It’s still being maintained reasonably well, so it still looks ok. Staff is really good and hotel was an excellent value the night I stayed there.
Nothing really. It’s not a Four Seasons, but for the price it’s a terrific place to stay.

The location could not have been better, plenty of bars and restaurants around, the rooms were a decent size and we had a lovely view of the church. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked well.
Communication was a bit on the slow side, we arrived early and we were told they would text us when the room was ready, we waited until after 4pm to ask about our room again as they forgot to inform us. They were very apologetic though. There was a lack of sockets on one side of the bed but loads on the other side.

Location was great. Staff was spectacular, friendly, knowledgable and helpful! Reffered to us by name and seemed genuine. Front desk offered ideas and suggestions about local attractions/food.
While our room was genearlly satisfactory - the bathroom was not cleaned - there was debris on the toilet, behind the sink and brown marks on the wall in the shower (not stains - some type of debris). The room has a slightly humid feel and smelled like cleaning supplies (of course, that is a good thing, but it was pretty intense considerin the fact that the bathroom wasn't very clean). The carpet did have some stains on it - but nothing horrible. The pool was nice - but there were not any towels and while the attendant at the desk said she would call housekeeping for some, an hour passed and there were still not any towels. Had to run up to the room to use a shower towel.
