Excellent value for money, breakfast and location.

The hotel receptionist indicated that they could not retrieve the payment from Booking com and we had to cancel the booking we had already paid, and pay again at the reception. The original price I paid was $70 USD we had to pay $115.00 USD on site. Up until now Booking com has not returned the payment and the difference we had for the room.

Good convenient location. Continental breakfast included. Many places to either dine at or acquire food to go. Pleasant staff. Clean comfortable bed and room. Public transportation stops nearby.

I think the carpeting in the room I stayed in is due for replacement: I felt the hardness, bumps, and ridges of the hard floor that was underneath the carpeting. Weird concerning brownish red stain on the cloth shower curtain in the bathroom. It was in the lower corner of the curtain where the magnet is sewn in. Maybe need to consider plastic shower curtain liners. Also no hand bars or rails in the walls of the shower/ tub area to provide support/help to get in or out of the tub. After the breakfast on the second floor ends at 9 am, it would have been nice to have hot water machine stay on round the clock for people who like to make tea, coffee, hot cocoa, or make their own bowl of instant ramen during the rest of the day or night.

The staff was really great, especially Ayana, the receptionist who checked me in. Also, the other ones I interacted with always smiled and were ready to help. The location is also another highlight. Though it's Chinatown - which tends to feel a bit messy - it's centric and close to a lot of shops, public transportation, museums, and restaurants.

I'd point out what I found was excessive use of plastic at breakfast - plastic wraps, plates, everything.

Great location. Room was clean. Staff was nice and helpful.

The bed was old and not as comfortable. Some of the younger female staff were constantly on personal calls while helping us. On video chats with friends. The breakfast area was hot and uncomfortable and do not serve those round egg like disks, not good at all. Rest was great.

The location was excellent. This location is within walking distance the terminal market, city hall, the ferry, and the fashion district. The staff were very helpful.

The beds are not the most comfortable, but that was the only downside. Also, the bathroom on the first floor was out of order.

Location is great. Room was clean, staff let me leave my suitcase until the evening when I checked out, which I appreciate.

The hairdryer was broken in my room. But reception guy moved me to another room same moment when I addressed the issue.

- Great AC - Pretty central - Very comfortable beds - Breakfast (bacon, scrambled eggs, waffles, croissants and other bread stuff), orange juice and apple juice - WiFi - Own Bathroom - Fridge and microwave in room, also got instant coffee bags, sugar and water cooker

- Entrance is right next to lots of trash containers - Tap water smells like chlorine (not a problem of the hotel, but the city in general)

Well with covid still around, the breakfast was still good. One thing that I am not crazy about is the small pillows that they have on the beds, they are smaller than a standard pillow, otherwise happy with the room. It is right around the corner from the Reading Market as well as other stores and even a movie theater that serves meals. Bus station is right by it as well as Septa Train Station (Jefferson). The rooms aren't large, but they are comfortable.

As I just stated, I really would prefer standard size pillows instead of the 4 small size pillows that when laid across the bed, just make the width of the queen bed so it is difficult to keep your head on the pillow. One other thing, a hanger for the toilet paper instead of just putting it on the back of the toilet or sink top.

Super clean, comfortable and convenient next to the city center (Convention center is 2 minutes away). Nice staff and way better fromt he inside than you expect when see the outside.

The streets around the hotel can seem a bit unsafe at night

Very Professional, well run, helpful, polite staff. Great Location. Really good breakfast with hot and cold food, coffee and tea. I slept very well. It is an older hotel with thinner walls and ceiling, so expect some noise. Easily solved by sleeping with earplugs. There was a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. I would stay again.
