I loved everything about this property. First of all, the location. It is situated in beautiful neighborhood just outside of Philadelphia. Located off of City Line Avenue, there are restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, pharmacies, banks and even a Target within an 5-10 minute drive. Easy access to the expressways and local streets to get to other parts of the Philadelphia. The property was very secure, very clean and modern. I appreciated the extra touch of providing a spa robe along with the towels and toiletries. Staying at this property is a very quiet experience, rarely hearing anything inside or outside of the building. I appreciated that it did not allow extra visitors or parties onsite. And as someone with extreme allergies and asthma, I was grateful that it did not allow smoking or pets.

If there was anything I didn’t like, it was the fact that I was too short to get into the high but very comfortable bed. But I fixed that problem by going to the Dollar Tree and buying a step stool. After that, I slept like a baby.

The apartment is bright, clean, comfortable, attractive, and reasonably well maintained. We e-mailed the host early on for some items missing from the kitchen and they were delivered quickly. It met all our needs as a couple (we left the 2nd bedroom closed off) but wouldn't have enough kitchen items for 2 couples (eg very small cookware).

The TV system defeated us, we ended up simply not using it. We had downloaded the app at home as directed. But on my I-Phone using the accomodation WIFI (which worked just fine throughout our stay) we could do nothing with the app - it wanted us to take some promotion, but even that didn't work. We did not contact the hosts, maybe they would have helped out.

This two bedroom apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. My host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. The location was less than 1 mile from the Mann Performance Art Center, where I attended a concert that evening. Communication was flawless, if you take the time to read through the host’s notes. I skimmed over them which caused a brief delay. Totally my fault. The host was so responsive and went out of their way to get things taken care of for me. The layout of this fabulous place starts with street parking (I had no problem finding a place close) then a small walk up to the keypad door and then once you are in there is a nice little setting area at the bottom of the steps prior to ascending into the apartment. The bedrooms are locate on either side of the kitchen and host full/queen sized beds that were pretty nice and soft. Televisions are in each room which was nice, would be awesome if traveling with kids you could watch multiple channels in two separate spaces. The WIFI was adequate, fast enough to do most everything I needed for my one night stay. The bathroom was clean and did the job after my morning jog. All in all I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, the community is older but the people that live here take pride in keeping it safe.

Very nice and well furnished apartment. Also well equipped with kitchen utensils, seasoning, oil etc. The neighborhood is pleasant and very close to the huge Fairmount Park. The driving time to downtown is about 15 minutes without much traffic. Check-in with the smart door lock was pretty easy and straightforward.

Public transportation downtown is a little slow and not very frequent. One has to plan to be at the bus stop at the right time or wait 20 min for the next bus. That being said, taking an Uber at night from downtown did not cost much (~$15 in Sep 2024).

The apartments were beautifully renovated. Perfect location and great neighborhood. Setup great for families or group trips.

Top apartment while spacious was missing cutlery, had only one tea spoon. Bedroom to the left was missing smoke detector cover. Sugguested items to include: Trash bags, cleaning supplies, and extra bed linens and comforter. Apartment 2 Quaint and cute. However the bed in the apartment felt like sleeping on a box spring. May want to invest in a new mattress. Otherwise we had a really great time.

the property was very clean and had everything that was listed. the management was very responsive. it was a nice size unit as well and parking was very easy to find

i couldn't get the app to work with the tv, but i did not ask for help i just opted to watch things on my laptop. it is my fault for not paying attention to the listing and assuming the oven was okay to use, so i bought food to make in the oven, but again that was my fault.

Space Kitchen is well equipped

Stairs to bring up our bags as this is a long trip. The host may want to check the bedroom placed with the dark colored beddings. The bed leg appeared to have a crack and can see spider web on the ceiling. May want to put a signage on how to fix the blow pipe for the dryer.

I left the location and walking distance. It was from grocery stores and other restaurants for my short trip there I also loved that it had a full kitchen so I didn’t have to spend money to eat out.

The only thing I could say, I didn’t like about the property was there were no extra amenities. They were very strict on making sure you only stayed in your room and not go anywhere else on the property.

I liked that it felt homey. It was spacious also I liked that the one room had a door for outside. The place was just beautiful.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like about the place. Except for the fact I just couldn't and didn't know how to hook up the vent tubes and everything to the washer and dryer. But other than that it was I enjoyed my stay there.

Loved the location with its proximity to city Ave. Room was very clean as well, it looks like they put a lot of investment in this

Wasn't aware of deposit fee. Also a little bit more information about what queit hours Mean will also be nice. Overall I liked it and will return.
